METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE STONE TILE
A method of manufacturing stone tiles for the interior or exterior decoration of buildings, of the present invention, may comprise the steps of: cutting and processing a stone material for the interior or exterior decoration of a building, such as marble or granite, into a tile size and thickness; applying a molten polyester resin to a front surface of glass fiber prepared according to the size of the processed stone tile; attaching the glass fiber from the previous step to a rear surface of the stone tile before the polyester resin hardens to form a reinforcing layer that reinforces the strength of the stone tile; removing remnants of the glass fibers and polyester resin that are at the outside of the surface of the stone tile as a result of forming the reinforcing layer; and grinding the reinforcing layer to expose a certain section of the surface of the stone tile and forming an attachment groove that is to be attached to cement mortar. According to the present invention, stone tiles are processed to be in surface contact with an exterior wall or an interior wall of a building without any interval such that spatial efficiency can be improved.
본 발명의 건축 내외장용 석재타일 제조방법은, 대리석이나 화강석과 같은 건축물 내, 외장재용 석재를 타일크기 및 두께로 절단 가공하는 단계; 가공된 석재 타일의 크기에 맞추어 준비된 유리섬유에 용융된 폴리에스테르수지를 전면에 도포하는 단계; 상기 석재 타일의 배면상에 전단계의 유리섬유를 폴리에스테르수지가 경화되기 전에 부착시켜 석재 타일의 강도를 보강하는 보강층을 형성하는 단계; 보강층을 형성함에 따른 석재 타일의 면 밖으로 벗어난 유리섬유 및 폴리에스테수지의 잔재를 제거하는 단계; 및 상기 보강층에 일정구간 석재 타일면이 드러나게 그라인딩하여 시멘트 몰탈에 부착되는 부착홈을 형성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
