Glass handrail construction structure
The present invention relates to a glass handrail construction structure, which can prevent glass from being broken even with small impacts and prevent the glass from being damaged by being shaken excessively by external forces such as strong winds and, more specifically, to a glass handrail construction structure comprising: a fixing member which is installed long on the floor of a building and in which pieces of glass are installed, wherein the fixing member includes a fixing body which has an insertion space of which one side is open and into which one piece of the glass is inserted, and which is fastened to the floor by fastening members; a concrete layer which is formed by pouring concrete on the floor through molds installed around the fixing member; first buffer members which each have a fitting groove formed on the outer surface thereof to fit the piece of the glass, fixes the glass to the insertion space while being fitted into the deepest portion of the insertion space by being inserted into the insertion space along with the glass with the piece of the glass fitted into the fitting groove, and has elasticity; a second buffer member which is provided on each of both sides of the glass, is inserted into the insertion space to be located close to an open entrance of the fixing body while contacting the inner surface of the fixing body, and has elasticity; a third buffer member which is provided on each of both sides of the glass, and is inserted into the insertion space to pressurize the glass to fix the glass to the insertion space, while being sandwiched between the glass and the second buffer member; first fixing brackets which are provided on both sides of the floor and each include a fixing plate fastened to a wall by fastening members, and a fitting portion formed on the outer surface of the fixing plate to be horizontal to the floor; and a first hand sweep cover member which has a fitting groove formed long on the outer surface thereof in a longitudinal direction to fit the piece of the glass protruding from the insertion space, and is fastened by the fastening members while the fitting portion is fitted on both sides of the fitting groove.
본 발명은 작은 충격에도 유리가 깨지지 않도록 하면서, 유리가 강풍 등과 같은 외력에 의해 심하게 흔들려서 파손되는 것을 막아주는 유리 난간 시공구조에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는, 건축물의 바닥에 길게 설치되어 유리가 설치되는 고정부재를 포함하되, 고정부재는 한쪽이 개방되면서 내부에 유리의 한쪽이 삽입되는 삽입공간이 형성되고, 바닥에 체결부재로 체결되는 고정몸체를 포함하며, 고정부재의 주변에 설치되는 거푸집을 통해 바닥에 콘크리트가 타설되어 형성되면서, 고정부재가 매립되는 콘크리트층; 유리의 한쪽이 끼워지는 끼움홈이 외면에 형성되며, 유리의 한쪽이 끼움홈에 끼워진 상태로 유리와 함께 삽입공간에 삽입되어 삽입공간의 가장 깊은 곳에 끼워지면서, 유리를 삽입공간에 고정해주는 탄성을 가진 제1완충부재; 유리의 양쪽으로 삽입공간에 삽입되어 고정몸체의 내면에 밀착되면서, 고정몸체의 개방된 입구에 근접하게 위치되는 탄성을 가진 제2완충부재; 유리의 양쪽으로 삽입공간에 삽입되어 유리와 제2완충부재의 사이에 끼워지면서, 유리를 가압하여 삽입공간에 고정해주는 탄성을 가진 제3완충부재; 바닥의 양쪽으로 벽에 체결부재로 체결되는 고정판과, 바닥과 수평을 이루도록 고정판의 외면에 형성되는 끼움부가 포함된 제1고정브래킷; 삽입공간에서 돌출되는 유리의 한쪽이 끼워지는 끼움홈이 길이 방향으로 길게 외면에 형성되되, 끼움홈의 양쪽으로 끼움부가 끼워지면서 체결부재로 체결되는 제1손스침 커버부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 난간 시공구조에 관한 것이다.
