MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MOBILE TERMINAL ACCESSORY
Disclosed is a method for producing an accessory for a mobile terminal. The method for producing an accessory for a mobile terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: producing a core that is identical to the shape of the body of a mobile terminal accessory to be produced by using a 3D printer; wrapping the core with plaster and then removing the core to produce a plaster mold; adding soil to the plaster mold; primarily heating the soil removed from the plaster mold to produce a pre-body; washing the pre-body; applying glaze to the pre-body; heating the pre-body to produce a body; and bonding the body to a base body. Accordingly, soil is used to produce an eco-friendly accessory.
휴대 단말기용 액세서리 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 휴대 단말기용 액세서리 제조방법은, 제조 대상인 휴대 단말기용 액세서리의 몸체의 형상과 동일한 코어를 3D프린터를 이용하여 제조하는 단계; 상기 코어를 석고로 감싼 뒤 상기 코어를 제거하여 석고틀을 제조하는 단계; 상기 석고틀에 흙을 넣는 단계; 상기 석고틀로부터 제거한 흙을 1차 가열하여 프리 몸체를 제조하는 초벌단계; 상기 프리 몸체를 세척하는 단계; 상기 프리 몸체에 유약을 바르는 단계; 상기 프리 몸체를 가열하여 몸체를 제조하는 몸체 제조단계; 및 상기 몸체와 베이스 바디를 접착하는 단계;를 포함한다.
