Cutting method of concrete piles
The present invention relates to a method of cutting a portion of a concrete pile with a lightweight small grinder and then finally cutting the remaining portion of the concrete pile using hydraulic pressure through a hydraulic jig for cutting. The cutting method of the concrete pile of the present invention comprises: a second cutting step (S10) of using a small grinder from the outside of a concrete pile (10) to the inside of the concrete pile (10) to a reinforcing bar (20) placed inside the concrete pile (10); a step (S20) of stopping cutting, removing the small grinder, and then installing a cutting hydraulic jig (30) in the cut gap; a step (S30) of connecting a hydraulic jack to the cutting hydraulic jig (30) and then operating the hydraulic jack to expand the cutting hydraulic jig (30) through hydraulic pressure to cut the inside of the concrete pile (10); a step (S40) of removing an upper part of the cut concrete pile (10); and a step (S50) of removing the cutting hydraulic jig (30) mounted on a lower part of the cut concrete pile (10).
