The present invention relates to a penetrating waterproofing composition comprising: alkali silicate; a surfactant; an acrylic-epoxy copolymer; hydrogenated polyterpene; and an inorganic filler and, more specifically, to a penetrating waterproofing composition which can repair concrete cracks to secure waterproofing performance and inhibit further progression of cracks.
