The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing an anti-slippery member for a walking mat, which is capable of easily and automatically manufacturing anti-slippery members so as to significantly improve productivity of anti-slippery members and reduce the time and labor required for manufacturing. The manufacturing apparatus of the present invention comprises: a rotation support unit (10) which supports a plurality of ropes in a rotating or fixed state; a twisting guiding unit (20) which is installed on one side of the rotation support unit (10) and guides the plurality of ropes to be twisted into a larger rope; a horizontal transfer unit (30) which is installed below the twisting guiding unit (20) and capable of horizontally moving the twisting guiding unit (20); and a rope twisting unit (40) which is installed on one side of the horizontal transfer unit (30) and capable of twisting ropes by hanging the same.
본 발명은 미끄럼방지부재를 간편하게 자동으로 제작할 수 있어 미끄럼방지부재의 생산성이 현저히 향상되도록 하면서 제작에 소요되는 시간과 인력이 현저히 절감되도록 하는 보행매트용 미끄럼방지부재 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 제조 장치는 다수개의 로프를 걸어서 회전시키거나 고정시킨 상태로 지지하는 회전지지부(10)와, 상기 회전지지부(10)의 일측으로 설치되고 다수개의 로프가 더 큰 로프로 꼬이도록 유도하는 꼬임유도부(20)와, 상기 꼬임유도부(20)의 하부에 설치되어 상기 꼬임유도부(20)를 수평으로 이동시킬 수 있는 수평이송부(30)와, 상기 수평이송부(30)의 일측에 설치되어 로프를 걸어서 꼴 수 있는 로프꼬임부(40)를 포함한다.
