Multifunctional Safety watch tower with emergency rescue function
The present invention relates to a multifunctional safety watchtower having an emergency rescue function. The multifunctional safety watchtower has a basic function of a safety watchtower to enable a safety guard to monitor a safety situation about people enjoying a water level around a seaside or a river by standing a sanding foothold installed in an upper frame space of a predetermined height. The multifunctional safety watchtower can improve comfortability of a monitoring space to enable the safety guard to observe and monitor the safety situation of the people having fun in the water, on the standing foothold of an upper frame. Moreover, the multifunctional safety watchtower enables the safety guard to respond to an emergency as fast as possible by immediately, rapidly, and safely leaving from the upper frame space of the safety watchtower and running to a site when the safety guard monitors and finds occurrence of the emergency in a peripheral place. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the multifunctional safety watchtower having the emergency rescue function is formed to enable the safety guard to rapidly move down in the emergency by basically standing on the standing foothold which is the upper frame structure installed on a step support unit and a lower foothold support unit of a predetermined height. A solar panel is installed in an awning plate on the upper side of a space of the upper frame to enable the safety guard to use electricity from sunlight using the solar panel. So, the solar panel is electrically connected to a power accumulation controller. An emergency descending unit is formed for a slide bar of a moving structure to vertically ascend and descend along a vertical descent shaft of a fixed structure between the awning plate on the upper side and a support floor plate on the lower side of the foothold support unit on an opposite side of the step support unit in which entrance stairs are installed.
본 발명은 긴급 구조기능을 갖는 다기능 안전 감시탑에 관한 것으로, 일정 높이의 상부프레임 공간에 설치된 스탠딩발판에 서서 해안이나 강가 주변의 물높이를 즐기는 사람들에 대한 안전 상황을 감시하기 위한 안전 감시탑의 기본적인 기능과 함께, 상부프레임의 스탠딩발판에서 물놀이 하는 사람들의 안전 상황을 관찰 감시함에 있어 감시 공간의 쾌적성을 높힐 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 주변 장소에서 위급 상황의 발생을 감시 확인했을 때 즉각적으로 안전 감시탑의 상부프레임 공간으로부터 신속하고도 안전하게 이탈하여 현장으로 달려가 응급 위기상황에 최대한 신속하게 대응할 수 있다. 이를 구현하기 위해 본 발명은 기본적으로 일정 높이의 아래쪽 발판지지대와 계단지지대 위에 설치된 상부프레임 공간인 스탠딩발판에 서서 상황 발생시 안전요원이 신속하게 하강 이동할 수 있도록 긴급 구조기능을 갖는 다기능 안전 감시탑이 구성되되, 상기 상부프레임의 공간 상측에는 태양열집열판을 통한 태양광 전기를 이용할 수 있도록 차양판에 태양열집열판이 설치되어 축전제어기와 전기적으로 연결되며, 출입계단이 설치된 계단지지대 반대편의 상기 발판지지대쪽의 아래쪽 지지바닥판과 위쪽 상기 차양판 사이에 고정구조의 수직하강축을 따라 이동구조의 슬라이드바가 수직으로 승강 이동할 수 있도록 긴급하강대가 구성된다.
