Nanogenerator using relaxor ferroelectric ceramics
The present invention relates to a nanogenerator using relaxed ferroelectric ceramics that generates electricity by using irregular movements, such as movements of a human body, as an acting force (external tensile stress). According to the present invention, the nanogenerator contains relaxed ferroelectric ceramics in an ergodic state and generates electric charges when external tensile stress is randomly applied.
본 발명은 인체의 움직임과 같이 불규칙한 움직임을 작용력(외부 인장응력)으로 이용하여 발전하는 완화형 강유전체 세라믹스를 이용한 나노발전기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 나노발전기는 에르고딕(ergodic) 상태의 완화형 강유전체 세라믹스를 함유하고, 랜덤하게 외부 인장응력이 인가되면 전하를 발생시킨다.
