본 발명은 개질 아스팔트 조성물, 이의 제조방법 및 매스틱 혼합물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의한 개질 아스팔트 조성물은 5~20 중량비의 고무 파우더 및 70~95 중량비의 스트레이트 아스팔트를 포함하여 매스틱 혼합물의 물성변화를 최소화할 수 있으며, 방수특성을 가질 수 있고, 생산 및 시공에서 발생하는 노후화를 방지하여 균열 발생을 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
