Anti-Freezing Apparatus on Stairs and Walkway
The present invention relates to a stair and sidewalk freezing prevention apparatus capable of securing pedestrian safety by melting snow or ice through a heating unit installed on stairs or a sidewalk in a slope to effectively utilize little thermal energy as well as preventing beauty spoilage by enabling removal when not in use due to a detachable mechanism. The stair and sidewalk freezing prevention apparatus includes: an aluminum frame (10) disposed side by side on a horizontal surface of stairs (100) or the surface of a sidewalk (200); a carbon fiber heating sheet (20) inserted and installed in a space formed between the horizontal surface of the stairs (100) or the surface of the sidewalk (200) and the aluminum frame (10) and generating heat upon power supply; an insulator (30) disposed between the horizontal surface of the stairs (100) or the surface of the sidewalk (200) and the carbon fiber heating sheet (20) to prevent the heat generated by the carbon fiber heating sheet (20) from being transmitted to the stairs (100) or the sidewalk (200); and at least one fixing bolt (40) for fixing the aluminum frame (10) to the stairs (100) or the sidewalk (200), wherein the apparatus can be detachably attached to the stairs (100) or the sidewalk (200).
본 발명은 경사지에 구비되는 계단이나 보행도로에 적은 열에너지를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 발열장치를 설치하여 눈이나 얼음을 녹여줌으로써 보행자의 안전을 확보할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 탈부착 방식으로 미사용시 제거하여 미관을 해치지 않도록 한 계단 및 보행로 결빙방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 계단(100)의 수평면 또는 보행도로(200)의 표면에 나란하게 배치되는 알루미늄 프레임(10); 계단(100)의 수평면 또는 보행도로(200)의 표면과 알루미늄 프레임(10) 사이에 형성된 공간에 삽입 설치되며 전원 공급에 따라 열을 발생하는 탄소섬유 발열시트(20); 계단(100)의 수평면 또는 보행도로(200)의 표면과 탄소섬유 발열시트(20) 사이에 배치되어 탄소섬유 발열시트(20)에서 발생한 열이 계단(100) 또는 보행도로(200)로 전달되지 않도록 차단하는 단열재(30); 및 알루미늄 프레임(10)을 계단(100) 또는 보행도로(200)에 고정하기 위한 하나 이상의 고정볼트(40);를 포함하며, 계단(100) 또는 보행도로(200)에 탈부착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
