The present invention relates to a mold-fixed non-supporting post system capable of allowing a deck plate for slab construction to be placed at the upper end of a support module installed on the rear side of a wall mold, thereby enabling easy and quick installation, and securing a sufficient lower space as well as securing structural stability along with work safety. The mold-fixed non-supporting post system, which is provided to construct a rebar concrete structure comprising a pair of walls spaced apart from each other and a slab provided in an upper part of the pair of walls, comprises: a wall mold installed on each wall position for construction of the walls; a pair of support modules installed on the rear side of each wall mold; and a deck plate placed at the upper end of the pair of support modules.
본 발명은 벽체 거푸집 배면에 설치되는 서포트모듈 상단에 슬래브 시공을 위한 데크플레이트를 거치함으로써, 설치가 용이하고 신속하며, 충분한 하부 공간을 확보할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 구조적 안정성은 물론 작업 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 거푸집 고정형 무지주 동바리 시스템에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 거푸집 고정형 무지주 동바리 시스템은 서로 이격되게 구비되는 한 쌍의 벽체와 상기 한 쌍의 벽체 상부에 구비되는 슬래브로 구성되는 철근콘크리트 구조물을 시공하기 위한 것으로, 상기 벽체 시공을 위해 각 벽체 위치에 설치되는 벽체 거푸집; 상기 각 벽체 거푸집의 배면에 설치되는 한 쌍의 서포트모듈; 및 상기 한 쌍의 서포트모듈 상단에 거치되는 데크플레이트; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
