CLOSING FORCE ASSISTANT DEVICE FOR DOOR CLOSER
In a closing force assisting device for a door closer for a fire door of the present invention, a cam plate is connected to a drive shaft of a door closer and rotatably installed inside a case, a lever is rotatably installed inside the case, and a roller in contact with a circumferential portion and a groove of the cam plate is rotatably installed at one end of the lever, and a spring elastically supporting the other end of the lever is installed inside the case to be elastically adjusted by an adjustment bolt. The present invention can more smoothly increase the closing force of a fire door together with the elastic force of an elastic member in the door closer, and even when the closing force assisting device of the present invention is installed, the opening force for initially opening a completely closed fire door can meet the performance standards.
본 발명에 의한 방화문용 도어클로저의 폐쇄력 보충장치는 방화문의 개폐에 따라 회전되는 도어클로저의 구동축의 단부에 결합되어 방화문의 완전 닫힘 직전에 도어클로저의 구동축의 회전력을 보충하는 것으로 이루어지는 방화문용 도어클로저의 폐쇄력 보충장치에 있어서, 둘레면에 홈부와 둘레부를 구비한 캠판이 도어클로저의 구동축과 연결되어 케이스의 내부에서 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 케이스의 내부에 지레대를 회전 가능하게 설치하고, 상기 캠판의 둘레부와 홈부에 밀착되는 롤러가 상기 지레대의 한쪽 단부에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 지레대의 다른쪽 단부를 탄성 지지하는 스프링이 조정볼트에 의해 탄성 조정되도록 상기 케이스의 내부에 설치되는 것으로 이루어지되, 상기 캠판의 홈부는 캠판의 회전중심과 둘레면 사이를 중심으로 하는 볼록한 볼록캠면이 형성되어 볼록캠면에 롤러가 접촉할 때 스프링의 탄성력으로 캠판을 회전시키는 것을 1차적으로 보충함과 아울러 상기 롤러가 접촉할 때 캠판을 닫히는 방향으로 힘을 가하는 오목캠면 또는 경사캠면이 상기 볼록캠면와 연결되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 롤러가 볼록캠면을 타고 이동할수록 캠판에 작용하는 모멘트의 길이가 길어지는 것이어서 도어클로저 내의 탄성부재의 탄성력과 함께 방화문의 폐쇄력을 보다 원활하게 증대할 수 있으며, 롤러가 오목캠편을 타고 이동할수록 캠판에 작용하는 모멘트의 길이가 짧아지는 것이어서 본 발명의 폐쇄력보충장치를 설치하더라도 완전히 닫힌 방화문을 초기 개방하는 개방력을 성능 기준에 맞출 수 있는 등의 효과를 발휘한다.

본 발명에 의한 방화문용 도어클로저의 폐쇄력 보충장치는 방화문의 개폐에 따라 회전되는 도어클로저의 구동축의 단부에 결합되어 방화문의 완전 닫힘 직전에 도어클로저의 구동축의 회전력을 보충하는 것으로 이루어지는 방화문용 도어클로저의 폐쇄력 보충장치에 있어서, 둘레면에 홈부와 둘레부를 구비한 캠판이 도어클로저의 구동축과 연결되어 케이스의 내부에서 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 케이스의 내부에 지레대를 회전 가능하게 설치하고, 상기 캠판의 둘레부와 홈부에 밀착되는 롤러가 상기 지레대의 한쪽 단부에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 지레대의 다른쪽 단부를 탄성 지지하는 스프링이 조정볼트에 의해 탄성 조정되도록 상기 케이스의 내부에 설치되는 것으로 이루어지되, 상기 캠판의 홈부는 캠판의 회전중심과 둘레면 사이를 중심으로 하는 볼록한 볼록캠면이 형성되어 볼록캠면에 롤러가 접촉할 때 스프링의 탄성력으로 캠판을 회전시키는 것을 1차적으로 보충함과 아울러 상기 롤러가 접촉할 때 캠판을 닫히는 방향으로 힘을 가하는 오목캠면 또는 경사캠면이 상기 볼록캠면와 연결되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 롤러가 볼록캠면을 타고 이동할수록 캠판에 작용하는 모멘트의 길이가 길어지는 것이어서 도어클로저 내의 탄성부재의 탄성력과 함께 방화문의 폐쇄력을 보다 원활하게 증대할 수 있으며, 롤러가 오목캠편을 타고 이동할수록 캠판에 작용하는 모멘트의 길이가 짧아지는 것이어서 본 발명의 폐쇄력보충장치를 설치하더라도 완전히 닫힌 방화문을 초기 개방하는 개방력을 성능 기준에 맞출 수 있는 등의 효과를 발휘한다.
