A floatation assistant unit comprises: a housing main body having an inlet and an outlet opened upwards, and forming a storage space; a floating housing having partition walls dividing the storage space into a large number of small rooms; a large number of buoys stored to be able to enter/exit the large number of small rooms and having buoyancy; opening units shielding the inlet, the outlet, and the large number of small rooms to be opened; supporters supported by the opening units and supporting a structure; elastic support connection units interposed between the supporters and the opening units and mutually elastically supporting and connecting the supporters and the opening units; a wind speed sensor detecting a wind speed; a wave height sensor detecting a wave height; and a control unit which, when signals are received from the wind speed sensor and the wave height sensor, and when it is determined that the wind speed is equal to or higher than a certain level or the wave height is equal to or higher than a certain level, controls the supporters to be mutually overlapped and have a reduced length. Therefore, durability of connection parts can be remarkably improved.
부양보조유닛은 상방으로 개방된 입출개구를 갖고 수용공간을 형성하는 하우징본체와, 수용공간을 다수의 격실로 구획하는 구획벽을 갖는 부상하우징, 다수의 격실에 입출 가능하게 수용되며 부력을 갖는 다수의 부력체, 입출개구 및 다수의 격실을 개방 가능하게 차폐하는 개폐부, 개폐부에 지지되어 구조물을 지지하는 지지대, 지지대와 개폐부 사이에 개재되어 지지대와 개폐부를 상호 탄성적으로 지지하며 연결하는 탄성지지연결부, 풍속을 감지하는 풍속센서, 파도높이를 감지하는 파도높이센서 및 풍속센서 및 파도높이센서의 신호를 수신하면 소정 풍속 이상이거나 소정 파도높이 이상이라고 판단하면 지지대가 상호 중첩되면서 길이가 감소되도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
