ROTATING TYPE QUICK COUPLER FOR EXCAVATOR
The present invention relates to a rotating quick coupler for an excavator. An upper coupling unit is connected to an arm unit of the excavator. A lower coupling unit is arranged apart from the upper coupling unit towards a lower side, and attaches/detaches an attachment. A power transmission unit includes: a housing fixed on a lower surface of the upper coupling unit and having a protruding block protruding along an inner circumference; a rotation transmission body fixed on an upper surface of the lower coupling unit and having an upper flange and a lower flange protruding along an outer circumference and entering into an upper side and a lower side of the protruding block, respectively; and a sliding bearing rotating and supporting the rotation transmission body towards the housing. A driving unit rotates the rotation transmission body. The rotation transmission body includes: a first rotation transmission body with an upper flange; a second rotation transmission body having a lower flange and fixed on the lower coupling unit while being fixed on a lower surface of the first rotation transmission body; a first abrasion member mounted on an outer circumferential surface of the first rotation transmission body facing an inner circumferential surface of the housing; and a second abrasion member mounted on a lower surface of the upper flange of the first rotation transmission body facing an upper surface of the protruding block. Therefore, work efficiency can be improved.
본 발명은 굴착기용 회전식 퀵커플러에 관한 것이다. 상부커플링부는 굴착기의 암대에 연결된다. 하부커플링부는 상부커플링부로부터 하방으로 이격되어 배치되며, 어태치먼트를 착탈한다. 동력전달부는 상부커플링부의 하면에 고정되고 돌출 블록이 내주를 따라 돌출된 하우징과, 하부커플링부의 상면에 고정되고 상측 플랜지와 하측 플랜지가 외주를 따라 돌출되어 돌출 블록의 상측과 하측으로 진입되는 회전 전달체, 및 회전 전달체를 하우징에 대해 회전 지지하는 슬라이딩 베어링을 구비한다. 구동부는 회전 전달체를 회전시킨다. 회전 전달체는 상측 플랜지가 형성된 제1 회전 전달체와, 하측 플랜지가 형성되고 제1 회전 전달체의 하면에 고정된 상태로 하부커플링부에 고정되는 제2 회전 전달체와, 하우징의 내주면과 마주하는 제1 회전 전달체의 외주면에 장착된 제1 마모부재, 및 돌출 블록의 상면과 마주하는 제1 회전 전달체의 상측 플랜지 하면에 장착된 제2 마모부재를 구비한다.

The present invention relates to a rotating quick coupler for an excavator. An upper coupling unit is connected to an arm unit of the excavator.
