Glazing bead guide
The present invention relates to a glazing bead guide for improving airtight performance. More specifically, the present invention relates to a glazing bead guide for improving airtight performance, where separate corner members to be completely inserted into the inside of rectangular frame members are formed at corners of joint portions of the frame members having a rectangular shape, to facilitate the assembling and disassembling of the frame members, and maintain a neat joint portion between the frame members while preventing a step from being formed at the joint portion. The glazing bead guide comprises: four frame members forming a rectangular frame shape and each formed as a hollow rectangular cross-section of a predetermined length, wherein an inwardly recessed groove with a narrow entrance and a wide interior is formed in an inner side along a longitudinal direction, a fixing ridge protruding downward is integrally formed in a lower surface along the longitudinal direction, and lengthwise ends are formed to be cut diagonally to come into contact with each other; and an L-shaped corner member completely inserted into the inside at an end of an adjacent frame member to secure the frame members.
본 발명은 기밀성능 향상을 위한 그레이징 비드 가이드에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 사각 프레임형상으로 구성되는 프레임재의 이음부의 모서리부분에 프레임재의 내부로 완전히 삽입되는 별도의 코너부재를 구성하도록 하여 프레임재의 조립과 해체가 매우 용이할 뿐만 아니라 프레임재와 프레임재 간의 이음부가 말끔하게 유지되면서도 이음부에서 단차가 발생하지 않도록 할 수 있도록 하는 기밀성능 향상을 위한 그레이징 비드 가이드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 내부가 비어 있는 일정 길이의 사각단면으로 이루어지며, 내측면에는 요입되어 입구가 좁고 내부가 넓은 형태로 끼움홈이 길이방향으로 구성되고, 하부면에는 하부로 돌출하도록 고정턱이 길이방향으로 일체로 형성되며, 길이방향 양단부가 사선으로 절단되도록 이루어져 단부가 접하도록 4개가 사각 프레임 형상을 이루도록 구성되는 프레임재와; ㄴ 자 형상으로 인접한 프레임재의 단부에서 내부에 완전히 삽입되어 프레임재를 결합하도록 하는 코너부재;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
