APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DETECTING ANORMALY OF CONSTRUCTION HEAVY EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for detecting anomalies in a control unit by monitoring a programmable logic controller (PLC) of construction heavy equipment. The method comprises the steps of: collecting control data from the PLC of the construction heavy equipment; classifying the collected control data according to characteristics; inputting the classified control data into a neural network model to learn normal behaviors of the control data; inputting both control data for the learned normal behaviors and the classified control data into the neural network model to learn abnormal behaviors of the control data; inputting the classified control data into the trained neural network model to detect anomalies of the control data; calculating an anomaly level of the control data having the anomalies; collecting suspected anomaly data based on the calculated anomaly level; and notifying anomalies of a control device corresponding to the collected suspected anomaly data. The present invention can detect and monitor anomalies from a control device in advance.
