The present invention relates to a recoverable PHC pile lifting apparatus and a hollow hole cutting type PHC pile construction method using the same, capable of safely constructing a PHC pile by allowing the PHC pile to be easily placed in the bottom of an excavation hole without damage to the pile when the PHC pile needs to be constructed in a hollow hole cutting manner; and enabling economical construction by allowing a whole lifting unit excluding an attachment unit attached to the head of the PHC pile to be conveniently recovered and reused after the placement of the PHC pile in the bottom of the excavation hole. The recoverable PHC pile lifting apparatus comprises: an attachment unit comprising a donut-shaped attachment plate attached to an end of a PHC pile and an engaged plate fixed to a position mutually corresponding to an inner side of the attachment plate while having an engaged unit fixed to the lower surface thereof; a lifting unit comprising an engaged shaft having both ends coupled to the engaged unit, a slope hole having a rotary pin coupled to the center of the engaged shaft, and a weight integrated with one side of the engaged shaft; and a shackle coupled to the lifting unit.
본 발명은 PHC말뚝을 공삭공 방식으로 시공해야 하는 경우 말뚝의 파손 없이 손쉽게 PHC말뚝을 굴착공 저면에 안착시킬 수 있어 말뚝의 안전한 시공이 가능하고, PHC말뚝을 굴착공 저면에 안작시킨 후 PHC말뚝 두부에 부착한 부착구를 제외한 인양구 전체를 간편하게 회수해서 재사용할 수 있어 경제적인 시공이 가능하게 한 것으로, PHC말뚝 단부에 부착되는 도넛 형상의 부착판과 부착판 내측에 서로 대응되는 위치에 고정되면서 하면에 걸림구가 고정된 걸림판으로 구성되는 부착구와, 걸림구에 양단부가 결합되는 걸림축과 상기 걸림축 중앙에 회전핀이 결합되는 경사홀 및 걸림축의 일측에 일체로 형성된 무게추로 구성되는 인양구와, 인양구와 결합되는 샤클로 이루어진 회수식 PHC말뚝 인양장치 및 이를 이용한 공삭공 방식의 PHC말뚝 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
