COPPER-CERAMIC JOINT BRAZING MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COPPER-CERAMIC JOINT
Provided is a copper-ceramic joint having high bonding strength. The copper-ceramic joint comprises: a copper material which is made of Cu or a Cu alloy; a ceramic material which is bonded to the copper material, and is made of nitride of Si or Al; and a bonding layer which is formed on the bonding surface of the copper material and the ceramic material, includes Cu and Mg, and further includes at least one active metal element selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Ca, Y, Ce, La, Sm, Yb, Nd, Gd, and Er. The shear strength of the bonding layer is 10 MPa or more.
높은 접합 강도를 갖는 구리 세라믹스 접합체를 제공한다. Cu 또는 Cu 합금으로 이루어지는 구리재와, 구리재에 접합되며, Si 또는 Al의 질화물로 이루어지는 세라믹스재와, 구리재와 세라믹스재의 접합면에 형성되며, Cu와 Mg를 포함하고, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Ca, Y, Ce, La, Sm, Yb, Nd, Gd, Er로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 활성 금속 원소를 더 포함하는 접합층을 갖고, 접합층의 전단 강도가 10㎫ 이상이다.
