HEATING CABLE SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING ROAD FREEZING
A heating cable system for preventing a road from freezing comprises: a heating cable protection pipe embedded on a lower side of a road surface; a heating cable installed to be inserted/removed from the heating cable protection pipe and emitting heat; and a control box engaged with one side and the other side of the heating cable protection pipe, and supplying power to the heating cable installed in the heating cable protection pipe. The control box includes a power supply control unit accessed to both end units of the heating cable and supplying/blocking power to the heating cable. The heating cable includes: a first heating cable inserted/removed from the heating cable protection pipe; and a second heating cable connected to the first heating cable and fixed on the power supply control unit. The first heating cable and the second heating cable have a long hole on the parts coming in contact with each other, and are connected and installed so that the first heating cable can be movable for a length of the long hole through a connection means engaged with the long hole. Therefore, maintenance can be easier.
도로결빙 방지용 열선 시스템은 노면의 하부에 매설되는 열선보호관; 상기 열선보호관에 삽입,인출 가능하도록 설치되어 열을 방출하는 열선; 상기 열선보호관의 일측 및 타측이 결합되며, 상기 열선보호관의 내부에 설치된 열선으로 전원을 공급하는 콘트롤박스;를 포함하고, 상기 콘트롤박스에는 상기 열선의 양측 끝단부가 접속되어 열선으로 전원을 공급 및 차단하는 전원제어부를 포함하며, 상기 열선은 상기 열선보호관에 삽입 및 인출되는 제1열선 및 상기 제1열선과 연결설치되며 상기 전원제어부에 고정되는 제2열선을 포함하고, 상기 제1열선 및 제2열선에는 상호 맞닿는 부분에 장공이 형성되며, 상기 장공에 결합되는 연결수단을 통해 제1열선이 장공의 길이만큼 이동가능하도록 연결 설치된다.
