The present invention provides a self-propelled dispensing apparatus with excellent paint temperature retention, which comprises: a paint supply unit mounted on a moving body moving along the ground surface, and supplying paint; an air supply unit supplying compressed air; and a shoe basket configured to form a paint inlet connected to the paint supply unit and an air inlet and an air outlet connected to the air supply unit, and to receive paint from the paint supply unit and receive the air from the air supply unit so as to discharge the paint through a paint outlet by an air pressure. The paint supply unit includes: a paint transfer pipe connected to a paint supply tank to receive the paint, and connected to the shoe basket; a transfer screw arranged in the paint transfer pipe to be rotated by a motor, and rotating and transferring the paint transferred into the paint transfer pipe to the shoe basket; a first heating line heater arranged on an outer surface of the paint transfer pipe, receiving electricity to generate heat, and protected by a heater cover; and a protective cover arranged on an outer side of the first heating line heater protected by the heater cover to protect the first heating line heater from an external impact, and simultaneously form an air layer in a gap space from the heater cover, thereby blocking the heat from moving. Therefore, the temperature of paint can be excellently maintained.
본 발명은 지면을 따라 움직이는 이동체에 장착되며, 도료를 공급하는 도료 공급부;와, 압축공기를 공급하는 에어 공급부; 및 상기 도료 공급부와 연결되는 도료 유입구와, 상기 에어 공급부와 연결되는 공기 주입구 및 배출구를 형성하여, 도료 공급부로부터 도료를 공급 받고 에어 공급부로부터 에어를 공급 받아, 공기압을 통해 도료를 배출구로 배출하도록 구성되는 슈바스켓;을 포함하여 지면으로 도료를 배출하도록 구성되는 자주식 도료 배출 장치에 있어서, 상기 도료 공급부는, 도료 공급탱크와 연결되어 도료를 전달 받고, 상기 슈바스켓과 연결되는 도료 이송관; 상기 도료 이송관 내부에 구비되어 모터에 의해 회전하며, 도료 이송관 내부로 전달된 도료를 상기 슈바스켓으로 회전 이송시키는 이송 스크류; 상기 도료 이송관 외표면에 구비되며, 전기를 공급 받아 발열하며 히터 커버에 의해 보호되는 제1 열선 히터 및 상기 히터 커버에 의해 보호되는 제1 열선 히터의 외측에 마련되어 제1 열선 히터를 외부의 충격으로부터 보호함과 동시에 히터 커버와의 유격 공간으로 공기층을 형성하여 열 이동을 차단하는 보호커버를 포함하는 도료의 온도 유지가 뛰어난 자주식 도료 배출 장치를 제공한다.

The present invention provides a self-propelled dispensing apparatus with excellent paint temperature retention, which comprises: a paint supply unit mounted on a moving body moving along the ground surface, and supplying paint; an air supply unit supplying compressed air; and a shoe basket configured to form a paint inlet connected to the paint supply unit and an air inlet and an air outlet connected to the air supply unit, and to receive paint from the paint supply unit and receive the air from the air supply unit so as to discharge the paint through a paint outlet by an air pressure. The paint supply unit includes: a paint transfer pipe connected to a paint supply tank to receive the paint, and connected to the shoe basket; a transfer screw arranged in the paint transfer pipe to be rotated by a motor, and rotating and transferring the paint transferred into the paint transfer pipe to the shoe basket; a first heating line heater arranged on an outer surface of the paint transfer pipe, receiving electricity to generate heat, and protected by a heater cover; and a protective cover arranged on an outer side of the first heating line heater protected by the heater cover to protect the first heating line heater from an external impact, and simultaneously form an air layer in a gap space from the heater cover, thereby blocking the heat from moving. Therefore, the temperature of paint can be excellently maintained.
