The present invention relates to a water-permeable block using a recycled plastic water-permeable ball, which mixes a basis layer with a water-permeable ball formed in a spherical shape by reusing waste plastics, thereby improving water penetration performance thanks to air gaps of the recycled plastic water-permeable ball and air gaps of concrete aggregates and reducing the blockage of air gaps to increase water penetration sustainability. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the water-permeable block using a recycled plastic water-permeable ball can comprise: a basis layer made of concrete mixtures including crushed aggregates with a particle size of 5-13 mm; a large number of recycled plastic water-permeable balls made of recycled plastic materials, formed in a shape of a sphere with an empty inside and with an outer diameter of 20-35 mm and a surface skin thickness of 1-2 mm, having a large number of air holes on the surface skin, mixed with concrete mixtures forming the basis layer, and accounting for 3-9 volume% in the total volume of the basis layer; and a surface layer provided on an upper side of the basis layer and formed of the concrete mixtures including crushed aggregates with a particle size of 2-5 mm.
이 발명은 폐플라스틱을 재활용하여 구 형태로 성형한 투수볼을 기반층에 혼합함으로써 재활용 플라스틱 투수볼의 공극과 콘크리트 골재 사이의 공극으로 인해 투수 성능이 향상되며 공극 막힘이 적어 투수지속성을 높일 수 있는 재활용 플라스틱 투수볼을 활용한 투수블록에 관한 것이다. 이 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 재활용 플라스틱 투수볼을 활용한 투수블록은 입도 5~13㎜의 쇄석 골재를 포함하는 콘크리트 혼합물로 형성되는 기반층; 재활용 플라스틱 소재로 바깥지름 20~35㎜, 표피 두께 1~2㎜의 속이 빈 구(球) 형태로 이루되 표피에는 다수의 기공이 형성된 구조로 이루어져 기반층을 형성하는 콘크리트 혼합물에 다수 혼합되되 상기 기반층을 이루는 전체 부피에서 3~9 부피% 혼합되는 재활용 플라스틱 투수볼; 및 기반층의 상부에 입도 2~5㎜의 쇄석 골재를 포함하는 콘크리트 혼합물로 형성되는 표면층; 을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
