본 발명은 공동주택 건축물 돌출부의 입면 변화에 적용 가능한 갱폼에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 공동주택 건축물 돌출부의 입면 변화에 적용 가능한 갱폼은, 층별로 서로 다른 형태의 돌출부가 형성된 건축물의 외벽에 설치되는 공동주택 건축물 돌출부의 입면 변화에 적용 가능한 갱폼에 있어서, 건축물의 외벽에 돌출 형성된 돌출부와 대면하는 제1 플레이트와, 제1 플레이트로부터 건축물의 외벽을 향하는 방향으로 돌출 형성된 적어도 하나의 돌출 플레이트를 포함하는 갱폼 몸체; 및 제1 플레이트와 건축물의 외벽 사이에 설치되는 적어도 하나의 서브 패널을 포함하며, 적어도 하나의 돌출 플레이트는, 건축물의 전체 층에 대해 건축물의 외벽에 모두 형성된 적어도 하나의 제1 돌출부와, 갱폼 몸체가 설치되는 층의 외벽에만 형성된 적어도 하나의 제2 돌출부를 모두 포함하는 형상을 제외한 영역에서 돌출 형성되고, 적어도 하나의 서브 패널은 각각, 갱폼 몸체가 건축물의 외벽에 설치된 상태에서, 제1 플레이트와 건축물의 외벽 사이에 형성된 적어도 하나의 공간 각각에 대응하는 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
