A square-shaped pin of a mold for manufacturing dielectric ceramic honeycomb according to the present invention is designed and manufactured with a diameter of 16 mm, which is about 9 times longer than a diameter of 1.8 mm of an extrusion hole in which a ceramic extrusion mixture is disposed, so that a ceramic honeycomb extrusion molded body can be produced with sufficient mechanical strength to prevent the honeycomb square shape and internal cells from breaking, and the warpage of the ceramic honeycomb molded body can be reduced to reduce the defect rate.
본 발명에 따른 유전발열체 세라믹 허니컴 제조용 금형의 사각 형상핀은, 세라믹 압출 혼합물이 배토되는 압출부 홀의 직경 1.8mm보다 약 9배 긴 16mm로 설계 제작하여 세라믹 허니컴 압출 성형체를 제작한 결과 충분한 기계적 강도를 가져 허니컴 사각형상과 내부 셀이 끊기지 않고, 세라믹 허니컴 성형체의 휨이 줄어들어 불량률을 줄일 수 있다.
