The present invention provides a stone reinforcement method which can restore a flat or gently curved stone part damaged or cracked by weathering, or the entirety of a three-dimensional stone object to a state comparable to that of a plant. According to the present invention, the stone reinforcement method comprises the steps of: setting a reinforcement zone including a weathered stone part and cleaning and dehumidifying the surface of the reinforcement zone including surrounding areas; attaching a double-sided adhesive tape to the boundary of the reinforcement zone; attaching and fixing the upper end part of a reinforcement agent hose and the rear end part of a vacuum hose; attaching a synthetic resin film having an area corresponding to that of the reinforcement zone to the surface of the double-sided adhesive tape to generate a sealed space; and injecting a liquid reinforcement agent into the sealed space by vacuum pressure and compressing and impregnating the liquid reinforcement agent with assistance of the synthetic resin film shrinking by the vacuum pressure to harden the liquid reinforcement agent. In addition, a stone reinforcement method for a 3D stone object comprises the steps of: cleaning and dehumidifying the surface of a 3D stone object including a weathered part; covering the 3D stone object with a casing equipped with a reinforcement agent injection pipe, an exhaust pipe, and a drainage pipe, each of which is opened and closed by a valve; sealing the lower end part of the casing on a 3D stone object foundation to prevent leakage of inner air and liquid reinforcement agent; discharging the air inside the casing while filling the liquid reinforcement agent into the casing; introducing compressed air after filling the liquid reinforcement agent to allow the liquid reinforcement agent to be compressed and impregnated; and draining the excess liquid reinforcement agent and performing cleaning to harden the liquid reinforcement agent on the surface of the stone object.
본 발명은 풍화작용으로 손상되거나 균열된 평면 또는 완만한 곡면의 석재 부위, 또는 입체 석물의 전반을 식물에 버금가도록 회복시킬 수 있는 석재 강화방법을 제공하려는 것으로서, 풍화된 석재 부위를 포함하는 강화역으로 설정하고 주변을 포함한 강화역의 표면을 정리하여 제습하며, 강화역의 경계에 양면 점착테이프를 점착하고, 강화제 호스의 상단부와 진공호스의 후단부를 점착시켜 고정하며, 상기 양면 점착테이프의 표면에 강화역의 면적에 상응하는 넓이의 합성수지 필름을 점착시켜 밀폐공간을 조성하고, 진공압으로 상기 밀폐공간에 액상 강화제를 흡입해 진공압에 의해 움츠러드는 합성수지 필름의 협조 하에 압밀함침시켜 경화하는 석재 강화방법; 풍화부가 포함된 입체 석물의 표면을 정리하여 제습하고, 상기 입체 석물에 각각 밸브로 개폐되는 강화제 주입관과 급기관, 배기관 및 배액관이 구비된 케이싱을 씌우며, 케이싱의 하단은 입체 석물 초석 위에 실링하여 내기와 액상 강화제의 누설을 방지하며, 상기 케이싱 내에 액상 강화제를 충전하면서 케이싱 내의 공기는 배기시키고, 액상 강화제 충전 후 압축공기를 도입하여 압밀함침되도록 하고, 잉여 액상 강화제를 배액시키고 석물 표면의 액상 강화제를 정리해 경화하는 입체 석물용 석재 강화방법을 특징으로 한다.
