The present invention relates to a domestic sewage pipe opening and closing device. More specifically, the domestic sewage pipe opening and closing device comprises: a storage tank cover which covers a storage tank; a moving body which penetrates the storage tank cover and is hinged at the bottom; and an opening and closing means which is hinged to a lower part of the moving body and opens and closes a sewage discharge pipe. A cap covering an upper part of the moving body which can control the opening and closing of the opening and closing means is fixedly installed on an upper part of the storage tank cover, so as to block the sewage discharge pipes of households that have not paid for sewage treatment fees and take a strong administrative action.
본 발명은 생활하수관 개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 저장조을 덮는 저장조커버과, 상기 저장조커버을 관통하고 하부에서 힌지결합되는 이동체과, 상기 이동체의 하부에 힌지결합되고 하수출수관을 개폐하는 개폐수단으로 구성되되, 상기 저장조커버 상부에 개폐수단의 개폐를 조절할 수 있는 이동체의 상단부를 덮는 캡을 고정설치하여 하수처리비용을 지불하지 않은 가정의 하수출수관을 막아 강력한 행정행위를 하기 위한 생활하수관 개폐장치에 관한 것이다.
