The present invention relates to a non-structural insulation partition wall such as an ordinary partition wall, an underground double wall, and a partition wall for heat radiation and fire resistance of a refrigeration warehouse, which can alleviate thermal bridge and noise transfer problems caused by studs and, more specifically, to an insulation panel unit and a partition insulation wall with various cross sections and purposes finished by properly using the same. According to the present invention, the insulation panel unit comprises an insulation panel of a plate shape with insulating properties (EPS, XPC, etc.), and a stud having both flanges and a web in the middle thereof by a lightweight steel frame member with a C-shaped, an H-shaped, or an I-shaped cross section as basic components. The insulation panel and the stud become an integrally coupled structure by forming a stud insertion groove on the insulation panel to insert and install the stud into the stud insertion groove of the insulation panel. The insulation panel unit can further include a wet fire-resistant material and reinforcing steel such as a reinforcing wire mesh.
본 발명은 일반 칸막이벽, 지하 이중벽, 냉동창고의 방열 및 내화용 칸막이벽 등 비구조용의 단열 칸막이벽에 관한 것으로, 단열판넬 유니트와, 이를 바람직하게 이용하여 완성되는 다양한 단면과 용도의 칸막이 단열벽체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 단열판넬 유니트는, 단열성(EPS, XPC 등)을 가지는 판재 형상의 단열판넬과, 양플랜지와 가운데의 웨브를 구비하는 ㄷ형, H형 또는 I형 단면의 경량철골부재에 의한 스터드를 기본적인 구성으로 포함하며, 단열판넬에 스터드삽입홈이 형성되어 스터드가 단열판넬의 스터드삽입홈에 삽입 설치됨으로써 단열판넬과 스터드가 일체로 결합된 구조가 된다. 이러한 단열판넬 유니트는 보강철망 등의 보강철재, 습식 내화재가 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
