BOTTOM FLANGE FOR TOILET STOOL
Disclosed is a bottom flange for a toilet stool, which is able to bind a sealing packing with a body and prevent the deviation. According to the present invention, the bottom flange for a toilet stool comprises: a body including a circular body unit having an inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface; a pipe-shaped insertion pipe unit extended from the inner circumferential surface of the body unit, and an 'L'-shaped settlement unit with a sealing packing put on an upper side at a part where the body unit and the insertion pipe unit are folded; the sealing packing held on the 'L'-shaped settlement unit of the body, and including a ring-shaped base, a binding unit extended from the outer side of the base to the upper side, and a packing unit extended from a position apart from the inner side of the binding unit to the upper side and having a fixing groove therebetween; and a ring-shaped fixing ring covering the sealing packing from the upper side, and having a fixing bump inserted into the fixing groove of the sealing packing on the lower side, and coming in contact with the upper surface of the binding unit of the sealing packing. According to the present invention, the sealing packing is able to have the body bound in a stable manner by the fixing ring, avoid deviating even during production and distribution, avoid being pushed away even in a process of matching the drain port of a pottery and the center of a flange during construction, and prevent defects in construction.
밀결패킹을 몸통에 안정적으로 구속하여 이탈을 방지할 수 있는 양변기 바닥 플랜지가 개시된다. 본 발명의 양변기용 바닥 플랜지는 내주면과 외주면을 갖는 원형의 몸통, 상기 몸통의 내주면에서 연장되는 관형의 삽입관부, 및 상기 몸통과 삽입관부가 절곡되는 부분에 상부로 밀결패킹이 거치되는 "L"형 안착부로 구성되는 몸체; 상기 몸체의 "L"형 안착부에 거치되며, 링형의 베이스, 상기 베이스의 외측에서 상부로 연장되는 구속부, 및 상기 구속부의 내측에서 이격된 위치에서 상부로 연장되어서 그 사이에 고정홈이 형성되도록 하는 패킹부로 구성되는 밀결패킹; 및 상기 밀결패킹을 상부에서 덮으며, 하부로 상기 밀결패킹의 고정홈에 끼워지는 고정돌기를 구비하며 밀결패킹의 구속부의 상부면과 맞닿는 링 형상의 고정링을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 밀결패킹은 고정링에 의해 몸체가 안정적으로 구속되어 생산 및 유통 중에도 이탈하지 않으며, 시공시 도기의 배수구과 플랜지의 중심을 맞추는 과정에서도 패킹이 밀려나지 않아 시공 하자를 막을 수 있다.

Disclosed is a bottom flange for a toilet stool, which is able to bind a sealing packing with a body and prevent the deviation. According to the present invention, the bottom flange for a toilet stool comprises: a body including a circular body unit having an inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface; a pipe-shaped insertion pipe unit extended from the inner circumferential surface of the body unit, and an 'L'-shaped settlement unit with a sealing packing put on an upper side at a part where the body unit and the insertion pipe unit are folded; the sealing packing held on the 'L'-shaped settlement unit of the body, and including a ring-shaped base, a binding unit extended from the outer side of the base to the upper side, and a packing unit extended from a position apart from the inner side of the binding unit to the upper side and having a fixing groove therebetween; and a ring-shaped fixing ring covering the sealing packing from the upper side, and having a fixing bump inserted into the fixing groove of the sealing packing on the lower side, and coming in contact with the upper surface of the binding unit of the sealing packing. According to the present invention, the sealing packing is able to have the body bound in a stable manner by the fixing ring, avoid deviating even during production and distribution, avoid being pushed away even in a process of matching the drain port of a pottery and the center of a flange during construction, and prevent defects in construction.
밀결패킹을 몸통에 안정적으로 구속하여 이탈을 방지할 수 있는 양변기 바닥 플랜지가 개시된다. 본 발명의 양변기용 바닥 플랜지는 내주면과 외주면을 갖는 원형의 몸통, 상기 몸통의 내주면에서 연장되는 관형의 삽입관부, 및 상기 몸통과 삽입관부가 절곡되는 부분에 상부로 밀결패킹이 거치되는 "L"형 안착부로 구성되는 몸체; 상기 몸체의 "L"형 안착부에 거치되며, 링형의 베이스, 상기 베이스의 외측에서 상부로 연장되는 구속부, 및 상기 구속부의 내측에서 이격된 위치에서 상부로 연장되어서 그 사이에 고정홈이 형성되도록 하는 패킹부로 구성되는 밀결패킹; 및 상기 밀결패킹을 상부에서 덮으며, 하부로 상기 밀결패킹의 고정홈에 끼워지는 고정돌기를 구비하며 밀결패킹의 구속부의 상부면과 맞닿는 링 형상의 고정링을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 밀결패킹은 고정링에 의해 몸체가 안정적으로 구속되어 생산 및 유통 중에도 이탈하지 않으며, 시공시 도기의 배수구과 플랜지의 중심을 맞추는 과정에서도 패킹이 밀려나지 않아 시공 하자를 막을 수 있다.
