The present invention relates to a structure and method for constructing a building exterior panel, which simplifies construction and shortens the construction time by assembling exterior panels with different degrees of protrusion in the upper, lower, left, and right directions and which prevents rainwater from flowing in and fine dust and the like from accumulating by finishing a joint with a finishing material, thereby maintaining the beauty of a building. The present invention comprises: a support bracket construction step of fixing an anchor bolt (B1) to an outer wall (A) of a building and fixing a support bracket (100) with the anchor bolt; an installation member construction step of fitting and fixing an installation member (110) into the installed support bracket (100), fitting a pipe (10) into the center of the installation member, and fixing the support bracket, installation member, and pipe using bolts (B2); an exterior panel construction step of fixing a wing part of an exterior panel (120) using a piece to the pipe (10), pressing another exterior panel against the upper part of the fixed wing part, fixing the another exterior panel using a piece, and continuously constructing the exterior panels left, right, up, and down using the method; and a finishing material construction step of sealing the wing part and the area where the wing part is connected and constructing a finishing member (130) at a joint of the panel after the exterior panel construction step.
본 발명은 외장판넬의 상하, 좌우 돌출정도를 서로 달리하여 조립시공함으로서, 시공이 간편함과 아울러 시공시간이 단축되고, 이음부에 마감재로 마감처리함으로서, 빗물이 유입되는 것이 방지됨은 물론, 미세먼지등이 쌓이는 것이 방지되어 건축물의 미려함을 유지시킬 수 있는 건축물 외장판넬 시공구조 및 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 건축물 외벽(A)으로 앙카볼트(B1)를 고정하고, 상기 앙카볼트로 지지브라켓(100)을 고정하는 지지브라켓 시공단계; 설치된 지지브라켓(100)으로 설치부재(110)를 끼워 고정하고, 상기 설치부재의 중앙으로 파이프(10)를 끼운후, 볼트(B2)를 통해 지지브라켓과 설치부재, 그리고 파이프를 고정하는 설치부재 시공단계; 상기 파이프(10)로 피스를 이용하여 외장판넬(120)의 날개부를 고정하고, 또다른 외장판넬을 고정된 날개부의 상단으로 밀착시켜 피스로 고정하되, 상기와 같은 방법을 통해 좌우 상하 연속으로 외장판넬을 시공하는 외장판넬 시공단계; 상기 외장판넬 시공단계 완료후, 날개부와 날개부가 연결된 부위로 실링처리하고 판넬의 이음부로 마감부재(130)를 시공하는 마감재 시공단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
