2 Insulation construction method by spraying using water-based two-component non-combustible and inorganic fiber insulation composition
The present invention is a two-component non-combustible insulation composition composed of a first liquid containing a water-based organic and inorganic binder component and a second liquid containing a curing component, and a method for constructing insulation by spraying using inorganic fibers, comprising: a first step of independently preparing the first liquid containing a water-based organic and inorganic binder component, the second liquid containing a curing component, and the inorganic fibers; a second step of independently spraying the first liquid, the second liquid, and the inorganic fibers onto the insulated area; and a third step of drying the area where the insulating component has been sprayed. The spraying insulation construction method according to the present invention uses a water-soluble insulation component, thereby being environmentally friendly without the use of a separate organic solvent, and at the same time, capable of being mixed and constructed directly on site, thereby facilitating insulation construction. Also, the present invention has excellent space-filling and adhesion properties, thereby being suitable for constructing insulation on the ceiling and inside of walls of buildings. In particular, the present invention has the characteristic of being suitable for constructing insulation in the space of a ship.
본 발명은 제1액으로 수성의 유기 및 무기바인더성분, 제2액으로 경화성분으로 이루어진 2액형 불연성 단열 조성물과 무기섬유(mineral fiber)를 이용하여 분무(뿜칠)에 의해 단열 시공방법이며, 수성의 유기 및 무기 바인더로 조성되는 제1액, 경화제 성분으로 조성되는 제2액 및 무기섬유를 각각 독립적으로 준비하는 제1단계, 상기 제1액, 제2액 및 무기섬유를 각각 독립적으로 피단열 부위에 분사하는 제2단계 및 단열성분이 분사된 부위를 건조하는 제3단계로 이루어진다. 본 발명에 따른 분무(뿜칠)에 의한 단열 시공방법은 수용성의 단열성분을 사용하므로 별도의 유기성 용제의 사용이 없이 친환경적이며 동시에 현장에서 직접 배합하여 시공할 수 있어 단열시공이 용이한 장점이 있으며 또 공간에 채움성 및 부착성이 양호하여 건물의 천장, 벽체 내부 등에 단열시공하는데 적합하며 특히, 선박의 공간에 단열을 시공하는데 적합한 특징을 지니고 있다.
