PP Waterproof Structure Using PP Waterproof Sheet With Connecting Protrusion
The present invention relates to a waterproof structure for attaching and installing a PP waterproof sheet on a vertical surface of a structure designated as a foundation surface, and, more specifically, to a couplable waterproof structure capable of improving the attachability of a PP waterproof sheet by fixing and installing a horizontal support frame having a coupling hole on a foundation surface, and fitting a protrusion type PP waterproof sheet having a coupling protrusion into a horizontal support frame while treating a gap between the horizontal support frame and the protrusion-type PP waterproof sheet with adhesive mortar. In accordance with the present invention, the couplable waterproof structure using a protrusion-type PP waterproof sheet, includes: a horizontal support frame fixed and installed on a foundation surface through a fixing pin by comprising a support plate part in which coupling holes are formed at regular intervals, and a plurality of spacer parts attached to the rear side of the support plate part; a protrusion-type PP waterproof sheet comprising a PP waterproof sheet layer, a fiber sheet layer attached to one surface of the PP waterproof sheet layer and a coupling protrusion attached to the fiber sheet layer such that the coupling protrusion is fitted and coupled into the coupling holes of the horizontal support frame, thereby being disposed apart from the foundation surface while facing the foundation surface; and adhesive mortar applied or filled between the foundation surface and the fiber sheet layer of the protrusion-type PP waterproof sheet.
본 발명은 구조물의 수직면을 바탕면으로 하여 PP방수시트를 부착 설치하는 방수구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 바탕면에 결합구멍이 형성된 수평지지틀을 고정 설치하고 수평지지틀에 결합돌기를 구비한 돌기형 PP방수시트를 끼움 설치하는 한편 수평지지틀과 돌기형 PP방수시트 사이에 접착몰탈로 처리함으로써 PP방수시트의 부착성을 향상시킨 결합식 방수구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 돌기형 PP방수시트를 이용한 결합식 방수구조는, 결합구멍이 소정 간격마다 형성된 지지판부와 지지판부의 후면에 부착된 복수개의 간격재부로 구성되어 고정핀으로 바탕면에 고정 설치되는 수평지지틀; PP방수시트층과 PP방수시트층 일표면에 부착된 섬유시트층 및 섬유시트층에 부착된 결합돌기로 구성되어 결합돌기가 수평지지틀의 결합구멍에 끼움 결합됨으로써 바탕면에 대면하면서 이격 배치되는 돌기형 PP방수시트; 바탕면과 돌기형 PP방수시트의 섬유시트층 사이에 바름되거나 채움되는 접착몰탈;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
