The present invention relates to a prepreg using a liquid ceramic precursor and a photocuring method, in which a liquid ceramic precursor is applied to the surface of a fiber mat and is cured with light, and the liquid ceramic precursor contains polycarbosilane to have both viscosity and elasticity, thereby being provided in the form of a prepreg and enabling laminate-molding of the prepreg. In addition, the prepreg can be applied to the most commonly used vacuum bag process, thereby providing an effect of not requiring a separate molding device.
본 발명은 액상의 세라믹전구체와 광경화 공법을 이용한 프리프레그에 관한 것으로, 섬유매트 표면에 액상의 세라믹전구체를 도포한 후 광경화시키고, 상기 액상의 세라믹전구체는 폴리카보실란인 것을 포함함으로써 점성과 탄성을 모두 가지므로 프리프레그 형태로 제공하는 것이 가능하고, 프리프레그의 적층성형이 가능하며 가장 많이 사용되는 vacuum bag 공정 등에 적용이 가능하므로 별도의 성형장치가 필요하지 않는 효과가 있는 프리프레그를 제공한다.

본 발명은 액상의 세라믹전구체와 광경화 공법을 이용한 프리프레그에 관한 것으로, 섬유매트 표면에 액상의 세라믹전구체를 도포한 후 광경화시키고, 상기 액상의 세라믹전구체는 폴리카보실란인 것을 포함함으로써 점성과 탄성을 모두 가지므로 프리프레그 형태로 제공하는 것이 가능하고, 프리프레그의 적층성형이 가능하며 가장 많이 사용되는 vacuum bag 공정 등에 적용이 가능하므로 별도의 성형장치가 필요하지 않는 효과가 있는 프리프레그를 제공한다.
