Exposed insulated windows with improved insulation
The present invention relates to an exposed insulated window with improved air tightness, water tightness, and insulation. More specifically, the insulated window forming an outer wall comprises: a window frame which is composed of a vertical frame and a horizontal frame while the horizontal frame is made of an upper frame, a middle frame, and a lower frame; a glass installation unit which is formed to install multiple glasses on the front surface of the vertical and horizontal frames of the window frame; an insulation gasket and interval maintenance member, which are installed right and left to block heat transfer while the end of the multiple glasses located on the glass installation unit is located between a first support member and a second support member; a plurality of C-type insulation materials which are installed between the second support member and a third support member located at an inside opening at one side of the glass installation unit of the vertical frame and horizontal frame; a fixing member which fastens the first, second, and third support members to fix the multiple glasses; a cover member which is coupled to the front surface of the first support member to maintain air tightness; a hinged door which is installed at one side of the lower end of the insulated window and has a handle to open and close the door; and a door frame in which an insulation packing and a door gasket are installed on a hinged surface to maintain air tightness of the hinged door.
본 발명은 기밀성, 수밀성 및 단열성이 향상된 단열창호에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 외벽을 형성하는 단열창호는, 수직프레임과 수평프레임으로 이루어지되 수평프레임은 상부프레임, 중간프레임, 하부프레임으로 이루어진 창틀프레임과; 상기 창틀프레임의 수직프레임 및 수평프레임 전면부에 다중유리가 설치되도록 형성된 유리설치부와; 상기 유리설치부에 위치하는 다중유리의 단부는 제1지지부재와 제2지지부재 사이에 위치되어 열전달을 차단하도록 좌우에 설치된 단열가스켓 및 간격유지부재와; 상기 수직프레임 및 수평프레임의 유리설치부 일측 내측개방부에 위치한 제2지지부재와 제3지지부재 사이에 설치되어 기밀을 유지하는 복수의 C형 단열재와; 상기 제1지지부재와 제2지지부재 및 제3지지부재를 체결하여 다중유리를 고정하는 고정부재와; 상기 제1지지부재 전면에 결합되어 기밀을 유지할 수 있도록 된 커버부재와; 상기 단열창호 하단일측에 설치되어 도어을 개폐할 수 있도록 손잡이를 갖는 여닫이도어와; 상기 여닫이도어의 기밀을 유지할 수 있도록 여닫이 면에 설치된 단열패킹과 도어가스켓이 설치된 도어프레임으로 이루어진 단열을 향상시킨 노출형 단열창호에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to an exposed insulated window with improved air tightness, water tightness, and insulation. More specifically, the insulated window forming an outer wall comprises: a window frame which is composed of a vertical frame and a horizontal frame while the horizontal frame is made of an upper frame, a middle frame, and a lower frame; a glass installation unit which is formed to install multiple glasses on the front surface of the vertical and horizontal frames of the window frame; an insulation gasket and interval maintenance member, which are installed right and left to block heat transfer while the end of the multiple glasses located on the glass installation unit is located between a first support member and a second support member; a plurality of C-type insulation materials which are installed between the second support member and a third support member located at an inside opening at one side of the glass installation unit of the vertical frame and horizontal frame; a fixing member which fastens the first, second, and third support members to fix the multiple glasses; a cover member which is coupled to the front surface of the first support member to maintain air tightness; a hinged door which is installed at one side of the lower end of the insulated window and has a handle to open and close the door; and a door frame in which an insulation packing and a door gasket are installed on a hinged surface to maintain air tightness of the hinged door.
본 발명은 기밀성, 수밀성 및 단열성이 향상된 단열창호에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 외벽을 형성하는 단열창호는, 수직프레임과 수평프레임으로 이루어지되 수평프레임은 상부프레임, 중간프레임, 하부프레임으로 이루어진 창틀프레임과; 상기 창틀프레임의 수직프레임 및 수평프레임 전면부에 다중유리가 설치되도록 형성된 유리설치부와; 상기 유리설치부에 위치하는 다중유리의 단부는 제1지지부재와 제2지지부재 사이에 위치되어 열전달을 차단하도록 좌우에 설치된 단열가스켓 및 간격유지부재와; 상기 수직프레임 및 수평프레임의 유리설치부 일측 내측개방부에 위치한 제2지지부재와 제3지지부재 사이에 설치되어 기밀을 유지하는 복수의 C형 단열재와; 상기 제1지지부재와 제2지지부재 및 제3지지부재를 체결하여 다중유리를 고정하는 고정부재와; 상기 제1지지부재 전면에 결합되어 기밀을 유지할 수 있도록 된 커버부재와; 상기 단열창호 하단일측에 설치되어 도어을 개폐할 수 있도록 손잡이를 갖는 여닫이도어와; 상기 여닫이도어의 기밀을 유지할 수 있도록 여닫이 면에 설치된 단열패킹과 도어가스켓이 설치된 도어프레임으로 이루어진 단열을 향상시킨 노출형 단열창호에 관한 것이다.
