METHOD FOR BINDING SILICON SINTERED BODIES AND SILICON CARBIDE ASSEMBLY BINDED BY THE SAME METHOD
The present invention relates to a bonding technique of a ceramic sintered body and, more specifically, to a bonding method of a ceramic sintered body and a ceramic bonded body manufactured by using the same, capable of easily manufacturing a ceramic bonded body of a complex shape without a separate bonding binder without inducing the elution of silicon (Si) by reaction sintering by applying a new heat treatment technique to two ceramic sintered bodies made of the same material.
본 발명은 세라믹 소결체의 접합 기술에 관한 것으로서, 동일한 소재로 이루어진 두 개의 세라믹 소결체에 대하여 새로운 열처리 기법을 적용함으로써 반응 소결에 의한 규소(Si)의 용출을 유발하지 않고 별도의 접합용 바인더를 필요로 하지 않으면서도 복잡한 형상의 세라믹 접합체를 용이하게 제조할 수 있는 세라믹 소결체의 접합 방법 및 그 방법을 이용하여 제조된 세라믹 접합체에 관한 것이다.
