URETHANE MORTAR COMPOSITION FOR LUMINOUS FLOORING MATERIAL WITH ECO-FRIENDLINESS AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD USING THE SAME
One embodiment of the present invention is to provide an environmentally friendly urethane mortar composition for a luminous flooring material, which can reduce harmful effects on users and environmental pollution, and has an easy controllable curing speed, to allow easy workability and maintenance, and a constructing method using the same. The environmentally friendly urethane mortar composition for a luminous flooring material contains 100 parts by weight of base aggregate, 5 to 30 parts by weight of environmentally friendly polyurethane binder resin, and 5 to 30 parts by weight of luminous stone. According to the environmentally friendly urethane mortar composition for a luminous flooring material and the constructing method using the same according to one embodiment of the present invention, the composition minimizes harmful effects on users and environmental pollution by using natural materials, to be environmentally friendly, has excellent durability and strength, and has an easy controllable curing speed, to allow easy workability and maintenance.
본 발명은 친환경성 축광 바닥재용 우레탄 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 베이스 골재 100 중량부, 친환경 폴리우레탄 바인더 수지 5 내지 30 중량부 및 축광석 5 내지 30 중량부를 함유하고, 상기 친환경 폴리우레탄 바인더 수지는 폴리에테르계 폴리올 1 중량부, 폴리에스테르계 폴리올 0.5 내지 1 중량부, 및 폴리카보네이트계 폴리올 0.5 내지 1 중량부의 혼합물 100 중량부, 기능성 천연 첨가제 1 내지 30 중량부, 무황변 디이소시아네이트계 경화제 20 내지 40 중량부, 디프로필렌글리콜 5 내지 10 중량부, α-아미노 알킬페논 화합물 1 내지 10 중량부, 카르복시메틸셀룰로스 0.5 내지 10 중량부 및 하기 화학식 1의 리그닌 화합물 0.1 내지 5중량부 함유하고, 상기 기능성 천연 첨가제는 피마자유 및 개질 카다놀을 함유하며, 상기 무황변 디이소시아네이트계 경화제는 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 2-메틸-1-아지리딘프로피오네이트를 함유하므로써, 천연 재료의 사용으로 사용자에게 미치는 유해성 및 환경오염의 발생을 최소화하여 환경 친화적이고, 뛰어난 반발 탄성력 및 충격 흡수력으로 우수한 보행감 및 주행감을 제공하고, 자체적으로 배수 및 투수가 가능하며, 축광 바닥재의 균열, 표면박리, 탈리, 황변변색 등의 문제 및 내구성 저하의 문제 등을 해결할 수 있으며 주간 및 야간의 심미적 경관표시, 안전 또는 정보표시를 효과적으로 제공할 수 있는 친환경성 축광 바닥재용 우레탄 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
