HEATING DEVICE OF AEROSOL GENERATING DEVICE AND AEROSOL GENERATING DEVICE USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an aerosol generating device and, more specifically, to an aerosol generating device which is in contact with at least a part of a porous ceramic moisture absorbing body, applies thermal energy, and generates aerosol in a contact part and an adjacent part thereof. The aerosol generating device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an upper case which is connected in a vertical direction, and has a discharge passage having a lower surface having a through hole; a lower case which has an accommodation space inside, and is attached to and detached from the upper case; a heating pipe which is provided inside the lower case, and has a heating space connected to the discharge passage and an air flow path formed in the lower case; a porous ceramic moisture absorbing body which absorbs or accommodates an aerosol forming substrate, and is inserted into or separated from the heating space inside the heating pipe; a heat source structure which is in surface contact with the porous ceramic moisture absorbing body while the porous ceramic moisture absorbing body is inserted, to transfer or diffuse heat energy to the porous ceramic moisture absorbing body; and an elastic support member which is mounted in the heating space within the heating pipe and elastically supports the heat source structure.
실시예는 에어로졸 발생 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 다공성 세라믹 흡습체의 적어도 일부분에 접촉하면서 열 에너지를 인가하여 접촉된 부분과 그 인접 부분에서 에어로졸이 발생되도록 에어로졸 발생 장치에 관한 것이다. 실시예인 에어로졸 발생 장치는 상하 방향으로 연통되며 관통홀을 지닌 하측면을 지닌 배출 통로를 구비하는 상부 케이스와, 내부에 수용 공간을 형성하며 상부 케이스와 탈착되는 하부 케이스와, 하부 케이스 내에 구비되며 배출 통로 및 하부 케이스에 형성된 기류 패스와 연통되는 가열 공간을 형성하는 가열 파이프와, 에어로졸 형성 기재를 흡습하거나 수용하며 가열 파이프 내의 가열 공간에 삽입되거나 분리되는 다공성 세라믹 흡습체와, 다공성 세라믹 흡습체가 가열 공간에 삽입된 상태에서 면 접촉하여 열 에너지를 다공성 세라믹 흡습체에 전달하거나 확산시키는 열원 구조체와, 가열 파이프 내의 가열 공간에 장착되며 열원 구조체를 탄성 지지하는 탄성 지지부를 포함하여 구성된다.

실시예는 에어로졸 발생 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 다공성 세라믹 흡습체의 적어도 일부분에 접촉하면서 열 에너지를 인가하여 접촉된 부분과 그 인접 부분에서 에어로졸이 발생되도록 에어로졸 발생 장치에 관한 것이다. 실시예인 에어로졸 발생 장치는 상하 방향으로 연통되며 관통홀을 지닌 하측면을 지닌 배출 통로를 구비하는 상부 케이스와, 내부에 수용 공간을 형성하며 상부 케이스와 탈착되는 하부 케이스와, 하부 케이스 내에 구비되며 배출 통로 및 하부 케이스에 형성된 기류 패스와 연통되는 가열 공간을 형성하는 가열 파이프와, 에어로졸 형성 기재를 흡습하거나 수용하며 가열 파이프 내의 가열 공간에 삽입되거나 분리되는 다공성 세라믹 흡습체와, 다공성 세라믹 흡습체가 가열 공간에 삽입된 상태에서 면 접촉하여 열 에너지를 다공성 세라믹 흡습체에 전달하거나 확산시키는 열원 구조체와, 가열 파이프 내의 가열 공간에 장착되며 열원 구조체를 탄성 지지하는 탄성 지지부를 포함하여 구성된다.
