ASPHALT REINFORCEMENT MAT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEROF
An asphalt reinforcement material is disclosed, which can help curing and protecting an emulsion, asphalt adhesive, and can increase the adhesive area between a base layer and a surface layer by absorbing the asphalt emulsion. The asphalt reinforcement material according to the present invention comprises: a grid net woven in a grid shape made of one or more fibers among carbon fibers, aramid fibers, polyester fibers, and glass fibers; an adhesive coating layer formed on the surface of the grid net made of EVA-based adhesive; and a film made of thermoplastic resin containing low-density polyethylene which melts by the heat of asphalt and attached to one side of the grid net on which the adhesive coating layer is formed.
아스팔트 보강재가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 아스팔트 보강재는, 카본 섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유 및 유리 섬유 중에서 어느 하나 이상의 섬유로 이루어져 격자모양으로 제직된 격자망; 이브이에이(EVA) 계열의 접착제로 이루어져 상기 격자망의 표면에 형성되는 접착제 코팅층; 및 아스팔트의 열에 의해 녹는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함한 열가소성 수지로 이루어져 상기 접착제 코팅층이 형성된 상기 격자망의 한쪽에 부착되는 필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
