The present invention relates to a precast concrete (PC) rafter for temples or traditional Korean houses, hanok, and to a precast concrete rafter for traditional Korean houses and a forming method thereof which comprises the steps of: manufacturing a wooden rafter form; manufacturing a front edge; manufacturing a PVC rafter mold; and forming a PC rafter using the front edge and back edge and the PVC rafter mold. According to the present invention, when forming the PVC rafter mold, an electric hot air furnace is used to form the PVC rafter mold with hot air, instead of using hot water, thereby reducing the preparation time for manufacturing a mold and shortening the time for forming the mold by a heater.
본 발명은 사찰 또는 고전 한옥용 프리캐스트 콘크리트(PC:PRECAST CONCRETE) 서까래에 관한 것으로서, 서까래목형의 제작 공정, 앞 마구리의 제작 공정, PVC 서까래 성형틀의 제작공정, 앞 마구리 및 뒷 마구리와 PVC 서까래 성형틀을 이용한 PC 서까래의 성형 공정으로 이루어지는 것으로서, 본 발명은 PVC 서까래 성형틀을 성형시 물을 이용한 열탕 성형이 아닌 전기 열풍로를 이용하여 뜨거운 공기로 PVC 서까래 성형틀을 성형함으로 성형틀 제작을 위한 준비 작업시간을 줄이는 동시에 히터에 의한 성형틀 성형시간을 단축시킬 수 있도록 한 전통 한옥의 프리캐스트 콘크리트 서까래 및 그 성형 방법에 관한 것이다.
