The present invention relates to a winch for opening and closing a floodgate, which can simply and quickly open and close the floodgate. The winch for opening and closing a floodgate comprises: a driving motor which is embedded in a body; an operation unit which is installed on the front surface of the body and operates the driving motor; a control unit which receives an operation signal of the operation unit to drive the driving motor; a battery which is embedded in the body and supplies operation power of the driving motor; a solar cell panel which is installed on the upper surface of the body to charge the power of the battery; a worm gear which is rotated by the driving motor; a worm wheel which is embedded in the body to be rotatable in a state of being geared to the worm gear; a ball screw which is inserted into the center of the worm wheel and has an outer rim surface formed with a screw groove; a ball nut which is screwed to the ball screw and has an outer rim surface formed with two or more stoppers protruding outward; a piston rod which is screwed to the lower end of the ball nut and into which the ball screw is inserted; an outer pipe into which the piston rod is inserted to be drawable and which has an inner rim surface formed with a guide bar allowing the stopper formed in the ball nut to be inserted; an upper switch which is embedded in the upper end of the outer pipe to limit an upward movement distance of the ball nut; and a lower switch which is embedded in the lower end of the outer pipe to limit a downward movement distance of the ball nut.
본 발명의 특징적인 구성은 몸체에 내장된 구동모터; 상기 몸체의 전면에 설치되어 구동모터를 동작시키는 조작부; 상기 조작부의 조작 신호를 입력받아 구동모터를 구동시키는 제어부; 상기 몸체에 내장되어 구동모터의 동작 전원을 공급하는 배터리; 상기 배터리에 전원을 충전하도록 몸체의 상면에 설치된 태양전지 패널; 상기 구동모터에 의해서 회전되는 웜기어; 상기 웜기어에 기어 결합된 상태로 회전되게 몸체에 내장된 웜휠; 상기 웜휠의 중앙에 삽입되고 외측 둘레면에는 나선홈이 형성된 볼 스크류; 상기 볼 스크류에 나사 결합되고 외측 둘레면에는 적어도 2개 이상 복수개의 스토퍼가 외향 돌출되게 형성된 볼 너트; 상기 볼 너트의 하단에 나사 결합되고, 내부에는 볼 스크류가 삽입된 피스톤 로드; 상기 피스톤 로드가 출몰 가능하게 삽입되고 내측 둘레면에는 볼 너트에 형성된 스토퍼가 끼워지는 가이드바가 형성된 외부관; 상기 볼 너트의 상측 이동 거리를 제한하도록 외부관의 상단에 내장된 상부 스위치; 및 상기 볼 너트의 하측 이동 거리를 제한하도록 외부관이 하단에 내장된 하부 스위치를 포함하여서 된 것이다.

The present invention relates to a winch for opening and closing a floodgate, which can simply and quickly open and close the floodgate.
