Apparatus for removing contaminants
The present invention provides a contaminant removal device including: a housing having an inlet through which sewage is introduced, a channel formed for the introduced sewage to flow, and an outlet through which the sewage, having passed through the channel, is discharged to the outside; a plurality of contaminant catching members which are arranged to be spaced apart on a lower surface of the channel to catch contaminants moving with the sewage flowing through the channel; and a contaminant removal plate having contaminant catching member through-holes formed to allow movement of the contaminant catching members through the channel in an upward and downward direction, the contaminant catching member through-holes being secured on a bottom surface of the channel. The contaminant removal device removes contaminant from the contaminant catching members by moving the contaminant removal plate upwardly, pushing contaminant across the contaminant catching members and along contaminant catching members. Therefore, as the contaminant removal plate moves upward along the outer circumferential surface of the contaminant catching member, contaminant caught in the contaminant catching members can be easily removed.
본 발명은 오수가 유입되는 유입구와 상기 유입된 오수가 유동하도록 형성된 채널과, 상기 채널을 통과한 상기 오수가 외부로 배출되는 배출구가 형성되어 있는 하우징, 상기 채널을 유동하는 상기 오수와 함께 이동하는 협잡물들이 걸리도록, 상기 채널의 하면에 복수 개가 이격되도록 배치되어 있는 협잡물 걸림부재들 및 상기 협잡물 걸림부재들이 상하 방향으로 관통된 상태로 이동 가능하도록 협잡물 걸림부재 관통홀들이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 채널의 하면 상에 안착되어 있는 협잡물 제거판을 포함하고, 상기 협잡물 제거판을 상방향으로 이동시키면서, 상기 협잡물 걸림부재들에 걸친 협잡물들을 상기 협잡물 걸림부재들을 따라 밀어올려서 상기 협잡물 걸림부재들로부터 제거하는 협잡물 제거장치를 제공한다. 따라서 협잡물 제거판이 협잡물 걸림부재의 외주면을 따라 위쪽으로 이동하면서 협잡물 걸림부재에 걸려 있는 협잡물들을 간편하게 제거 가능하다.
