WATERGATE OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE FOR AGRICULTURAL WATERWAY
The present invention relates to a water gate opening and closing device for an agricultural irrigation channel that improves closeness between a vertical member and an opening and closing door provided in an agricultural irrigation channel, and automatically controls whether a drainage hole formed through a vertical member is opened and closed by controlling the amount of movement of the opening and closing door, as well as the amount of opening and closing of the drainage hole. To this end, the water gate opening and closing device for an agricultural irrigation channel includes: a vertical member provided on the inner side of an irrigation channel with a supply inlet opened and having a drainage inlet connected to the supply inlet formed therethrough; a pair of door guide members formed by protruding from the vertical member, formed longitudinally on both sides of the drainage inlet, and having a slanted guide part that is formed longitudinally therethrough and approaches the vertical member from an upper part of the vertical member to a lower part of the vertical member based on the height direction of the vertical member; an opening and closing door that is connected to the door guide member so as to be able to move up and down along the slanted guide member and opens and closes the drainage inlet; a transmission member having one end connected to the opening and closing door; and a member elevation module in which the other end of the transmission member is linked and moves the transmission member up and down. Since a maximum elevation position of the opening and closing door and a maximum downward position of the opening and closing door are determined by the member elevation module, the opening and closing door is moved up and down by the member elevation module between the maximum elevation position and the maximum downward position.
본 발명은 농수로에 구비된 수직부재와 개폐도어의 밀착력을 향상시키는 한편, 개폐도어의 승강 이동량을 조절하여 수직부재에 관통 형성된 배수구의 개폐 여부는 물론 배수구의 개폐량을 자동으로 조절하기 위한 농수로용 수문개폐장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 농수로용 수문개폐장치는 공급구가 개구된 농수로의 내측면에 구비되고 공급구와 연통되는 배수구가 관통 형성되는 수직부재와, 수직부재에 돌출 형성되고 한 쌍이 배수구의 양측에 수직부재의 높이 방향으로 길게 형성되며 수직부재의 높이 방향을 기준으로 수직부재의 상부에서 수직부재의 하부로 갈수록 수직부재에 접근하는 경사안내부가 길게 관통 형성되는 도어가이드부재와, 경사안내부를 따라 승강 이동 가능하도록 도어가이드부재에 승강 이동 가능하게 결합되어 배수구를 개폐하는 개폐도어와, 일단부가 개폐도어에 결합되는 전달부재 및 전달부재의 타단부가 링크 결합되고 전달부재를 승강 이동시키는 부재승강모듈을 포함하고, 개폐도어의 최대상승위치와 개폐도어의 최대하강위치는 부재승강모듈에 의해 결정됨에 따라 개폐도어는 최대상승위치와 최대하강위치 사이에서 부재승강모듈에 의해 승강 이동된다.

The present invention relates to a water gate opening and closing device for an agricultural irrigation channel that improves closeness between a vertical member and an opening and closing door provided in an agricultural irrigation channel, and automatically controls whether a drainage hole formed through a vertical member is opened and closed by controlling the amount of movement of the opening and closing door, as well as the amount of opening and closing of the drainage hole. To this end, the water gate opening and closing device for an agricultural irrigation channel includes: a vertical member provided on the inner side of an irrigation channel with a supply inlet opened and having a drainage inlet connected to the supply inlet formed therethrough; a pair of door guide members formed by protruding from the vertical member, formed longitudinally on both sides of the drainage inlet, and having a slanted guide part that is formed longitudinally therethrough and approaches the vertical member from an upper part of the vertical member to a lower part of the vertical member based on the height direction of the vertical member; an opening and closing door that is connected to the door guide member so as to be able to move up and down along the slanted guide member and opens and closes the drainage inlet; a transmission member having one end connected to the opening and closing door; and a member elevation module in which the other end of the transmission member is linked and moves the transmission member up and down. Since a maximum elevation position of the opening and closing door and a maximum downward position of the opening and closing door are determined by the member elevation module, the opening and closing door is moved up and down by the member elevation module between the maximum elevation position and the maximum downward position.
본 발명은 농수로에 구비된 수직부재와 개폐도어의 밀착력을 향상시키는 한편, 개폐도어의 승강 이동량을 조절하여 수직부재에 관통 형성된 배수구의 개폐 여부는 물론 배수구의 개폐량을 자동으로 조절하기 위한 농수로용 수문개폐장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 농수로용 수문개폐장치는 공급구가 개구된 농수로의 내측면에 구비되고 공급구와 연통되는 배수구가 관통 형성되는 수직부재와, 수직부재에 돌출 형성되고 한 쌍이 배수구의 양측에 수직부재의 높이 방향으로 길게 형성되며 수직부재의 높이 방향을 기준으로 수직부재의 상부에서 수직부재의 하부로 갈수록 수직부재에 접근하는 경사안내부가 길게 관통 형성되는 도어가이드부재와, 경사안내부를 따라 승강 이동 가능하도록 도어가이드부재에 승강 이동 가능하게 결합되어 배수구를 개폐하는 개폐도어와, 일단부가 개폐도어에 결합되는 전달부재 및 전달부재의 타단부가 링크 결합되고 전달부재를 승강 이동시키는 부재승강모듈을 포함하고, 개폐도어의 최대상승위치와 개폐도어의 최대하강위치는 부재승강모듈에 의해 결정됨에 따라 개폐도어는 최대상승위치와 최대하강위치 사이에서 부재승강모듈에 의해 승강 이동된다.
