The present invention provides a traffic accident indication and collision prevention triangle. The present invention comprises: an indication piece having a flat thickness and a predetermined length and width; a notification plate having rivets installed at both ends of the indication piece so that a plurality of indication pieces are connected in a state where they can rotate at a point; a recognition surface on which a mark member made of a light-emitting or reflective material is installed on the surface of the indication piece; and a stand in which a top is inserted into a tip part and a bottom is erected on the ground when the notification plate is folded into a triangle, and the notification plate is installed at an angle to the ground. Thus, the present invention can quickly notify a driver of a vehicle behind by quickly installing a traffic accident indication triangle to protect passengers and prevent secondary traffic accidents.
본 발명은 교통사고 표시 및 추돌예방 삼각대에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명은 납작한 두께이며, 소정의 길이와 폭으로 된 지시편; 상기 지시편의 양단에 리벳이 설치되어 복수개의 지시편이 지점회전 가능한 상태로 연결되는 알림대; 빛 발광 또는 반사소재로 된 표시부재가 상기 지시편의 표면에 설치되는 인식면; 상기 알림대가 삼각형으로 절첩시, 꼭지부분에 선단이 끼워지고 하단이 지면에 세워지게 하되, 상기 알림대가 지면에 대해 경사지게 설치되는 세움대;를 포함하는 구성으로 이루어진다.
