The present invention relates to a prefabricated farmer's hut system, which comprises: a floor plate with a predetermined area; a housing assembly comprised of walls which are coupled to protrude upward along the edges of the floor plate and have an interior space, and an open top; and a roof coupled to the upper side of the walls of the housing assembly to cover the open top. The prefabricated farmer's hut system can be assembled using fastening units when assembling the housing assembly and the housing assembly, or the housing assembly and the roof. The fastening unit is designed in such a manner that a lower portion thereof is inserted and coupled into a square C-shaped coupling groove, which is inwardly recessed in the longitudinal direction of the top of the wall, and is inserted into a square C-shaped coupling groove, which is inwardly recessed in the longitudinal direction of the bottom of a coupling wall of the roof. The fastening unit includes: a plurality of gap protrusions formed on the central portions of both sides thereof; and insertion protrusions protruding at upper and lower portions of the gap protrusions to be inserted into the wall and the coupling wall, respectively. The plurality of gap protrusions are formed in a wire shape, a spherical binding member having a plurality of connection members is connected and installed on the wire, and silicone is applied to surround the binding member installed on the wire, thus preventing the silicone from being detached from gaps due to the binding member after hardening of the silicone. The prefabricated farmer's hut system further comprises a lifting unit, which includes a ring member fixed in receiving spaces recessed in the housing assembly and roof, and a cover designed to cover the receiving spaces in a sliding manner. Thus, the prefabricated farmer's hut system can be assembled easily and conveniently.
본 발명은 조립식 농막 시스템에 관한 것으로, 소정의 면적을 갖는 바닥판과, 상기 바닥판의 테두리를 따라 상부로 돌출되게 결합되며 내부에 수용공간을 갖는 것으로 상부가 개방된 벽체로 구성된 하우징 어셈블리와, 상기 하우징 어셈블리의 벽체 상측에 결합되어 개방된 상부를 덮을 수 있도록 한 지붕으로 이루어진 조립식 농막에 있어서, 상기 조립식 농막은 상기 하우징 어셈블리와 상기 하우징 어셈블리 또는 상기 하우징 어셈블리와 상기 지붕의 조립시 체결유닛을 이용하여 조립할 수 있고, 상기 체결유닛은 상기 벽체의 상단에 길이방향을 따라 내측으로 함몰되는“└┘”형상의 결합홈에 하부가 삽입되게 결합되고, 하부가 상기 지붕의 결합벽의 하단 길이방향을 따라 내측으로 함몰되는“┌┐”형상의 결합홈에 삽입되는 것으로, 양측 중앙부에 등간격을 갖도록 복수개의 틈새돌기가 형성되며, 상기 틈새돌기의 상하부에는 각각 상기 벽체 및 결합벽에 삽입될 수 있는 삽입돌기가 돌출형성되며, 상기 복수개의 틈새돌기와 틈새돌기는 와이어 형태로 형성되되 상기 와이어 상에는 구 형태로 이루어진 복수개의 연결부재로 이루어진 결속부재가 연결 설치되어 추후 실리콘의 도포시 상기 결속부재를 감싸도록 하여 실리콘이 경화된 이후에는 실리콘이 상기 결속부재에 의해 틈새에서 착탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 상기 하우징 어셈블리 및 상기 지붕에 각각 함몰되게 형성되는 수용공간에 고정 설치되는 고리부재와, 상기 수용공간을 슬라이딩 방식으로 덮을 수 있도록 한 덮개로 이루어진 인양부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
