ANGLE CONTROLABLE PIPE AND BRIDGE DRAIN APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an angle-controllable connection pipe and a drain apparatus for a bridge including the same. According to the present invention, the angle-controllable connection pipe includes: first and second unit connection pipes in which one ends in a longitudinal direction face each other; and a rotary connection unit rotatably connecting the first and second unit connection pipes. The rotary connection unit includes: a round flange formed to be extended from the outer circumference of the end of the first unit connection pipe; a round connection flange formed to be extended from the outer circumference of the end of the second unit connection pipe, and having opening connection grooves formed on a rim at intervals in a circumferential direction, thereby having a connection protrusion between two opening connection grooves adjacent to each other; and a coupler supported on the round flange by being coupled to the first unit connection pipe wherein the coupler is coupled to the round connection flange or disconnected from the round connection flange, thereby connecting or disconnecting the first and second unit connection pipes. According to the present invention, the angle-controllable connection pipe can control an angle thereof when two connection pipes are connected. Moreover, the angle-controllable connection pipe enables connection and separation and prevents a leakage when the two connection pipes are connected.
본 발명은 각도조절연결관 및 그것을 구비한 교량 배수장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 길이 방향 한쪽 끝이 서로 대면되는 제1,2 단위연결관; 상기 제1,2 단위연결관을 서로 회전 가능하게 연결하는 회전연결유닛을 포함하며, 상기 회전연결유닛은, 상기 제1 단위연결관의 단부 외주면에 연장 형성되는 원형플랜지와, 상기 제2 단위연결관의 단부 외주면에 연장 형성되며 테두리에 원주 방향으로 간격을 두고 개구결합홈들이 형성됨에 의해 서로 인접하는 두 개의 개구결합홈들 사이에 결합돌기가 형성되는 원형결합플랜지와, 상기 제1 단위연결관에 결합되어 원형플랜지에 지지되며 상기 원형결합플랜지와 결합되거나 그 결합이 해제되어 상기 제1,2 단위연결관을 연결하거나 그 연결을 해제하는 커플러를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 두 개의 연결관을 연결시 각도 조절이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 연결과 분리가 가능하고, 두 개의 연결관을 연결시 누수를 방지한다.
ANGLE CONTROLABLE PIPE AND BRIDGE DRAIN APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an angle-controllable connection pipe and a drain apparatus for a bridge including the same. According to the present invention, the angle-controllable connection pipe includes: first and second unit connection pipes in which one ends in a longitudinal direction face each other; and a rotary connection unit rotatably connecting the first and second unit connection pipes. The rotary connection unit includes: a round flange formed to be extended from the outer circumference of the end of the first unit connection pipe; a round connection flange formed to be extended from the outer circumference of the end of the second unit connection pipe, and having opening connection grooves formed on a rim at intervals in a circumferential direction, thereby having a connection protrusion between two opening connection grooves adjacent to each other; and a coupler supported on the round flange by being coupled to the first unit connection pipe wherein the coupler is coupled to the round connection flange or disconnected from the round connection flange, thereby connecting or disconnecting the first and second unit connection pipes. According to the present invention, the angle-controllable connection pipe can control an angle thereof when two connection pipes are connected. Moreover, the angle-controllable connection pipe enables connection and separation and prevents a leakage when the two connection pipes are connected.
본 발명은 각도조절연결관 및 그것을 구비한 교량 배수장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 길이 방향 한쪽 끝이 서로 대면되는 제1,2 단위연결관; 상기 제1,2 단위연결관을 서로 회전 가능하게 연결하는 회전연결유닛을 포함하며, 상기 회전연결유닛은, 상기 제1 단위연결관의 단부 외주면에 연장 형성되는 원형플랜지와, 상기 제2 단위연결관의 단부 외주면에 연장 형성되며 테두리에 원주 방향으로 간격을 두고 개구결합홈들이 형성됨에 의해 서로 인접하는 두 개의 개구결합홈들 사이에 결합돌기가 형성되는 원형결합플랜지와, 상기 제1 단위연결관에 결합되어 원형플랜지에 지지되며 상기 원형결합플랜지와 결합되거나 그 결합이 해제되어 상기 제1,2 단위연결관을 연결하거나 그 연결을 해제하는 커플러를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 두 개의 연결관을 연결시 각도 조절이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 연결과 분리가 가능하고, 두 개의 연결관을 연결시 누수를 방지한다.
