The present invention relates to a control device for a siphon water intake and drainage facility, which comprises: a siphon water intake and drainage facility which is equipped with a connection pipe provided horizontally on the embankment, a water intake pipe which extends from one end of the connection pipe toward the reservoir and whose end is immersed in the reservoir, and a drainage pipe which extends from the other end of the connection pipe, has an end open to the waterway, and is opened and closed by a discharge valve; a pumping pipe with one end submerged in the reservoir and the other end connected to the drainage pipe, with a pumping pump in the middle to draw water from the reservoir or suck air into the connection pipe; an air vent pipe connected at one end to the connection pipe and at the other end connected to the pumping pipe on the inlet side of the pump; a first direction change valve provided in the pumping pipe on the outlet side of the pump and allowing the outlet of the pump to selectively communicate with the drainage pipe or the outside; a second direction change valve provided in the air vent pipe and allowing the connection pipe to selectively communicate with the pumping pipe or the outside; a third direction change valve provided at the connection between the pumping pipe and the air vent pipe and allowing the inlet of the pump to selectively communicate with the air vent pipe or reservoir; and a control unit which performs a discharge operation to discharge water from the reservoir into the waterway by a siphon phenomenon and a blockage removal operation to remove blockages in the water intake pipe by controlling the discharge valve, the pumping pump, and the first to third direction change valves.
본 발명의 사이펀 취배수 시설의 제어 장치는, 제방에 수평하게 마련되는 연결 관로와, 연결 관로의 일단으로부터 저수지측으로 연장되어 단부가 저수지에 잠겨지는 취수 관로와, 연결 관로의 타단으로부터 연장되어 단부가 수로에 개구되고, 방류 밸브에 의해서 개폐되는 배수 관로를 구비하는 사이펀 취배수 시설과, 일단이 저수지에 잠겨지고 타단이 배수 관로에 연결되며, 중간에 저수지의 물을 끌어 올리거나 연결 관로의 공기를 흡입하기 위한 양수 펌프가 마련되는 양수 배관과, 일단이 연결 관로와 연결되고, 타단이 양수 펌프의 입구측의 상기 양수 배관에 연결되는 에어 벤트 배관과, 양수 펌프의 출구측의 양수 배관에 마련되고, 양수 펌프의 출구가 배수 관로 또는 외부와 선택적으로 연통하도록 하는 제1 방향 전환 밸브와, 에어 벤트 배관에 마련되고, 연결 관로가 양수 배관 또는 외부와 선택적으로 연통하도록 하는 제2 방향 전환 밸브와, 양수 배관과 에어 벤트 배관의 연결 부분에 마련되고, 양수 펌프의 입구가 에어 벤트 배관 또는 저수지와 선택적으로 연통하도록 하는 제3 방향 전환 밸브와, 방류 밸브, 양수 펌프 및 제1 내지 제3 방향 전환 밸브를 제어하는 것에 의해, 사이펀 현상에 의해서 저수지의 물을 수로로 방류하는 방류 운전 및 상기 취수 관로의 막힘을 제거하는 막힘 제거 운전을 행하는 제어부를 포함한다.
