Disclosed is a watertight electric door latch device installed with an electric motor and a printed circuit board (PCB) in a closed space to prevent moisture from infiltrating from the outside, wherein the watertight electric door latch device comprises: a catch rotatable in the direction in which the door is locked and in the direction opposite to the direction in which the door is locked; an electric motor which provides power to rotate the catch; the PCB with a control circuit formed to control the operation of the electric motor; a base panel on which the catch is supported; a cover panel on which the electric motor is seated; and a separation panel interposed between the base panel and the cover panel to separate a mechanical component space where the catch is accommodated from an electric component space where the electric motor and PCB are accommodated, and having a flat plate portion supporting the PCB.
