본 발명은, 폐아스콘을 파쇄 분쇄 가공 처리하여 아스콘 순환골재를 제조하는 공정; 폐콘크리트를 파쇄 분쇄 가공 처리하여 콘크리트 순환골재를 제조하는 공정; 상기 공정들에 의해 제조된 콘크리트 순환골재와 아스콘 순환골재를 상호 혼합하여 도로 보조기층용 복합순환골재를 생산하는 공정을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합순환골재 제조방법이다. 복합 순환골재 제조방법에 의해 제조된 복합순환골재의 성분은, 아스콘 순환골재 30~90중량%와 콘크리트 순환골재 10~70중량%로 혼합 제조된다. 상기 복합순환골재는, 노상토 지지력비(CBR) 40% 이상, 소성지수 6이하, 마모감량 40% 이하, 모래당량 35% 이상, 액성한계 25%이하, 유기이물질함량 0.5볼륨% 이하, 무기이물질 3.0질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합순환골재이다.
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing composite recycled aggregate using waste asphalt to increase safety of road, such as prevention of ground subsidence and the like, and composite recycled aggregate manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the method comprises the processes of: crushing and pulverizing waste asphalt concrete to produce recycled asphalt concrete; crushing and pulverizing waste concrete to produce recycled concrete aggregate; and mixing the concrete recycled aggregate and asphalt recycled aggregate produced by the processes to produce composite recycled aggregate for a road sub base. The composite recycled aggregate is manufactured by mixing 30 to 90 wt% of asphalt recycled aggregate and 10 to 70 wt% of concrete recycled aggregate. The composite recycled aggregate has a subgrade bearing capacity ratio (CBR) of 40% or more, plasticity index of 6 or less, wear loss of 40% or less, sand equivalent of 35% or more, liquid limit of 25% or less, organic foreign matter content of 0.5 volume% or less, and inorganic foreign matter of 3.0 mass% or less.
