The wall panel unit module according to the present invention comprises: a quadrilateral wooden frame having an opening in the middle thereof; a first finishing material and a second finishing material respectively attached to one surface and the opposite surface of the wooden frame so as to close the opening; at least one pipe inserted into the inner space surrounded by the wooden frame, first finishing material and second finishing material and having the form of a hollow pipe shape; and a filling material filling the inner space.
