본 발명은 서브 셔터 장치의 밀폐성을 향상시킬 수 있게 하는 방화 장치 및 방화 방법에 관한 것으로서, 건물의 상층과 하층 사이의 수직 통로 또는 건물의 제 1 구획실과 제 2 구획실 사이의 수평 통로에 설치되는 도어 프레임; 상기 도어 프레임의 일측에 형성되고, 승강대가 상기 수직 통로를 통과할 수 있도록 상기 승강대를 안내하거나 또는 주행 대차가 상기 수평 통로를 통과할 수 있도록 상기 주행 대차를 안내하는 안내 레일; 상기 도어 프레임에 설치되고, 상기 도어 프레임과 상기 안내 레일 사이의 메인 통로 공간을 개폐하는 메인 셔터 장치; 상기 메인 셔터 장치에 설치되고, 상기 메인 셔터 장치의 폐쇄시 상기 메인 셔터 장치와 연동되어 상기 안내 레일의 내부 공간을 폐쇄하는 서브 셔터 장치; 및 상기 서브 셔터 장치의 밀폐성을 높일 수 있도록 건물의 설치면과 상기 도어 프레임 사이에 설치되고, 상기 도어 프레임의 위치를 조정하는 위치 조정 장치;를 포함할 수 있다.
Provided is a fire protection apparatus and fire protection method capable of improving sealability of a sub-shutter device, the fire protection apparatus including a door frame mounted in a vertical passage between an upper floor and a lower floor of a building or in a horizontal passage between a first compartment and a second compartment of the building, a guide rail provided at a side of the door frame to guide a lift to pass through the vertical passage or to guide a carriage to pass through the horizontal passage, a main shutter device mounted on the door frame to open or close a main passage space between the door frame and the guide rail, and a sub-shutter device mounted on the main shutter device to close an internal space of the guide rail in association with the main shutter device when the main shutter device is closed.
