본 발명은 해파리가 이용되는 재료, 자재, 제품, 공사, 방법, 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 해파리 수집, 세척, 탈염, 염분제거, 빔(beam)처리, 전해(電解)처리, 자장(磁場)처리, 음파처리, 미생물처리, 바이오처리, 해파리 이용 재료 또는 자재 조성, 재료 또는 자재에 바이오셀 또는 바이오필름 형성, 해파리 이용 재료 또는 자재가 공사에 이용되는 특징을 가진다.
