본 발명은 다양한 가구형태와 거주자의 생애주기별 각양각색의 다양한 취향에 따른 자유로운 공간구성이 가능한 노마드홈(5)의 단위주거대(臺)(3)와 주거구성 자유유닛(4)을 이용한 노마드홈(5)의 주거공간 구성방식을 제시한다. 부동산(不動産)형태의 단위주거대(臺)(3)는 주거구성 자유유닛(4)의 자유로운 이동이 가능할 수 있게 이중바닥과 이중천장(또는 노출)으로 구성되고, 동산(動産)형태의 주거구성 자유유닛(4)들이 이동 하거나 설치 정착될 때 설비라인(상수/오수/하수/전기/통신/소방 등을 공급하거나 배출)의 연결과 유동성을 갖게 한다. 동산(動産)형태로 존재하는 주거구성 자유유닛(4)은 단일형 또는 결합형의 제품으로 수공(手工)제작 또는 공장 주문제작(3D프린터 등-친환경재료 사용)되어 자체의 이동성과 탈부착성을 갖고, 생산/관리/수선/보관/교체/재활용 되며 거주자의 다양한 취향에 대응할 수 있게 된다. 노마드홈(5)은 변화하는 주거환경과 다양한 가구형태, 그리고 각양각색의 취향을 갖은 거주자의 요구에 생애주기별 대응할 수 있는 새로운 주거문화 (단독주택이나 공동주택)의 한 형태로 제공되게 될 것이다.

The present invention provides a method for organizing the residential space of a nomad home (5) by using a unit support (3) and a residential organization free unit (4) of the nomad home (5), wherein the space can be freely organized according to various types of households and various tastes of each period of a resident's life. The unit support (3) in the form of real estate is composed of a double floor and a double ceiling (or exposed) to enable free movement of the residential organization free unit (4), and provides the connection and fluidity of facility lines (supplying or discharging water/wastewater/sewage/electricity/communications/fire-fighting, etc.) when the residential organization free units (4) in the form of movable property are being moved or installed and settled. The residential organization free unit (4) that exists in the form of movable property is a stand-alone or combinable product which is hand-made or factory built-to-order (3D printer, etc., using eco-friendly materials), and thus has self-mobility and detachability, is produced/managed/repaired/stored/replaced/recycled, and can respond to the various tastes of residents. The nomad home (5) will be provided as a form of a new residential culture (detached house or apartment house) that can respond to the changing living environments, various household types, and needs of residents with diverse tastes in each period of the residents' lives.
